With regard to your comments on privacy and the comparison with Pullman, we would like to respectfully share some context. Pullman and Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru are fundamentally different resort concepts and products. Pullman spans approximately 18 hectares with 122 villas, including overwater villas, which naturally offer a higher degree of visual separation and open ocean outlooks. Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru, on the other hand, is an intimate island of just 4 hectares with 48 villas and no overwater villas by design. This decision reflects our long-standing philosophy of preserving the natural shape of the island, protecting the house reef, and celebrating the original local culture and barefoot elegance of the Maldives. As you rightly noted, our island is not intended to be all things to all people. While we strive to provide privacy within the confines of each villa, the intimacy and scale of the island inevitably create a different experience from larger resorts with overwater accommodations. Your feedback regarding villa location, sightlines, and expectations is nevertheless well noted and valuable as we continue to refine how we communicate these nuances in our marketing and pre-arrival guidance.
