We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Phuket, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional kindness of the staff, the impeccable cleanliness, and the beautifully maintained resort. The variety of restaurants is fantastic, and every meal we had was delicious and high quality. Travelling with a baby can be challenging, but Banyan Tree made it feel effortless. The quiet, baby-friendly pool was perfect, and everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely warm with our baby, which meant so much to us and truly elevated our holiday. A special thank you to Gem, Mem, Ple, and Poo — your kindness, care, and friendliness did not go unnoticed and made our stay extra special. This resort made our holiday unforgettable, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape.

Banyan Phuket is a paradise. I came here wirh my friend last year and came back with my husband this year. I wanted to show and share the memorable experience with him. All employees are kind, and breakfast place is fantastic. Special thanks to NIWAT who was so kind with perfect service every morning. Also, I strongly recommend RAVA beach club opened this summer. It’s new private area run by Banyan Tree, and you can take shuttle from Banyan to RAVA.

Just putting a few words as appreciation for the service staff at the breakfast buffet. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Niwat. Food variety is good and you can order eggs by scanning the QR code on the table which is very convenient.

I’ve been to Banyan Tree three times, and the staff’s friendliness has always been outstanding. From the staff at the entrance who welcome you first, to the concierge, breakfast restaurant staff(especially Mr. Niwat.), souvenir shop staff, buggy drivers, and housekeeping staff—everyone is kindness itself.

Today we had the great opportunity to cook three different Thai dishes with Poa, one of the chefs of Saffron, the Thai restaurant of Banyan Tree. His assistant Bee was helping him. The dishes were: 1) Tom Kha Gai, 2) Pla Raad Prik and 3) Kaeng Phed Goong. We prepared everything by ourselves - including the chili paste - and were then insructed to cook the dishes. While we were doing this, we had also a lot of fun with Poa and Bee. Nevertheless, all our questions were answered competently. It was a great experience and we feel absolutely capable to cook these meals at home.
