The ambience is the best I've ever felt. The background music in the loby, the building is mesmerizing and of course, the villa is the most beautiful place I've ever be in. The service also nice. The worker age very helpful and very polite. And at last, my stay here is very worth it!

Everything about our stay was beyond our expectations, starting with the warm welcome by staff, lined up in the lobby entrance for our arrival. Welcoming drinks, snacks, and neck massages all part of the welcoming! Our oceanfront full pool villa was extraordinary. (villa 401). A secluded walk down from the driveway, you enter what we considered a “resort within a resort”. The beautiful infinity pool, outdoor sitting areas, and magnificently quiet and elegant dual suites overlooking the pool made it hard to leave the villa and explore the property. Once motivated to explore, we weren’t disappointed by the pool area that flows around trees and onto the beach. White soft sand and clear water made the beach a must experience during the days. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was immediately evident—I have not experienced more friendly and helpful staff anywhere else in my travels. A shout out to every buggy driver who appeared quickly after a quick text request, and a shout out to Kasir for role modeling true service and friendliness. Food in all 3 restaurants were excellent, with the local fare in Treetops and Thai food in Safffon being quite memorable. Many thanks to the chefs and staff. And many thanks to the staff who manage the texting requests—every WhatsApp answered within seconds, always with a personal touch. A wonderful and convenient way to communicate from any corner of the sprawling property. A quick hour ferry ride from Singapore was all it took to transport us to this little slice of paradise. We look forward to returning!

Staff are very polite and facilities are nice. There are buggys to bring you around the resort and there are many activities throughout the day that you can choose from. There are also many resorts very close to each other than you can visit for other activities.

Astonish Hotel with great in Villa infinity pool, perfect service and excellent blue moon bbq inside the villa. Very kind room personal, Denny and Yusuf, prepared an Indonesian dream into our villa every day with swans and pigs :-) We will come back again
