We had a fantastic stay at Banyan Tree Bintan! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely sensational - always friendly, helpful, and incredibly service-oriented. Whether it was assisting with any request (e.g. milk for mini-bar) or picking us up with the buggy (special thanks to Kasir) to take us around the resort, the hospitality was outstanding. A special highlight was the wonderful surprise on our last evening, which made our stay even more memorable. The service was exceptional, with housekeeping visiting twice a day to ensure everything was perfect. The transfer from/to the ferry was well-organized and worked flawlessly. The restaurants served delicious food, and we especially loved the variety and quality of the dishes. The pool area was stunning, and having direct access to a private beach made our stay even more relaxing. Another great touch was that water and coffee in the room were complimentary and constantly replenished, which we really appreciated. We also booked a mangrove tour through the hotel, and it was a fantastic experience—well-organized and absolutely worth it. Visitors should be aware that the drink prices are quite high. Also, the villas are already a bit older, but this didn’t take away from the charm and overall experience. Overall, a truly wonderful stay, and we would definitely love to return!

The ocean view pool villa is magnificent. We totally enjoyed our stay. Every single of the staff at BanyanTree Bintan made us feel very welcome, from the check-in staff, buggy drivers and F&B staff. It was a wonderful and memorably stay for me and my family.

Banyan Tree Bintan is very nice and we got upgrade to Infinity Pool Villa and half board within our stay. Omas, Lilik and Wendy are good and nice. Always on time to put mosquito net with good smile and attitude. Spa lady Ester is good too. In general, it is a very good experience. Nice and relaxing getaway.

Excellent service from the staff at the resort and they are very helpful with requests. Banyan meeting room has fantastic view. Spa was good and relaxing. It about time they upgrade the rooms as the property feel dated. Overall, great experience and very nice views.
