Missed kids birthday

The day before my kids birthday, I went to summer cafe and choose a table. I booked table for kids birthday and fixed the table, time and how many person will come. The stuff wrote down to the note and said me “booked”. After than I applied for guest relation to decorate table with the balls. I promised my kids, he is 5 years old that for birthday party they will balls on the table. When we arrived at the agreed time, we were shocked. The table I booked was occupied with other guest, there weren’t any balls and stuff said me just “sorry, you can have a sit any table you want”. When I said that I came twice for make sure because it is birthday and it is important for me, stuff just say sorry, we forgot. I couldn’t explain my kids why there is no decoration for his birthday dinner. We leave summer cafe and had dinner at Chalet restaurant but the birthday was missed. We came to Rixos for celebrate birthday but it was disaster. Even I went twice to cafe and guest relation office. Bad experience

The hotel is great: clean, well maintained territory. The reception staff is very professional. There are multiply choices for spending your time. There are several places to eat. Food is good, but the staff should be trained. The bar on the second floor is perfect. Thanks for exceptional service. I hope to be back some day..

This is a great hotel, clean. With very well maintained huge surrounding territory. There are many choices for sport and entertaining. There are several restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, the service is not very good. It, s good, but the staff needs more training. The exception is the bar on the second floor. The barman is very professional and knows his job. Thank you.
