Not a first stay, always trust and relying to the high standards of Rixos. However, this time my stay went not so smooth )) 1) Check-in of two rooms were late, one of them at 17:00 instead of 15:00, 2) Second room was initially booked with separate two beds, becasue of two teenagers of opposite sexes but there was a single double bed. I was cycling in the forest this time and realized it late pm. Staff tried to support by dividing the bed but I with my wife already decided to spend a night separately (unfortunately) with a kids of same sexes ;-)))

The hotel itself is very nice and situated in a great location with plenty of options for leisure. ​However, we were very disappointed with the hotel's policy regarding families. I stayed here with my family, and we were charged extra just for a small child's bed. I have stayed in many hotels across the world, and this is the first time I have ever encountered such a charge. When you are already paying a premium price for a stay, it feels unfair that everything comes with an extra fee. ​The property is lovely, but the management should reconsider nickel-and-diming families for basic necessities

Kindly allow us to clarify that we offer different room categories within the hotel. In the Junior Premier and Family Suite categories, an extra bed is indeed included in the accommodation rate. We would also like to note that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, and in the near future, standard rooms will be equipped with foldable chairs/sofas that will provide additional comfortable sleeping space. The service need improvement. Didn't prepare the room on time, and mixed up the room type even though I was prompted again on the room type at the reception. The casino in the building needs hospitality training from Rixos, since the service over there is just abominable. The booking system in restaurants is messed up, especially towards the dinner time.
