First, your customer relations team remains as thoughtful and sincere as ever. The welcome fruit basket and handwritten letter were truly touching. Services like turndown service also left a very positive impression. Second, the winter scenery in the Buraby area is genuinely beautiful—a unique kind of beauty that greatly enhanced this trip. Suggestions: Enhance the guide to dining and shopping in the towns of Braila and Shchurets. Improve the descriptions of attractions within the Braila scenic area. Consider developing partnerships to offer guests discounts on transportation fees and activities, along with providing lists and maps. I believe many self-driving guests like myself would benefit from this, as we often struggle to find things to do and eat. Negative Experiences: 1. The room was way too hot, making sleep impossible at night. For the price paid, this did not provide a comfortable stay. 2. Drinking water in the room switched to glass bottles, but this wasn't clearly communicated. It took a while to realize the water was complimentary. 3. We visited the barbecue restaurant; other dishes were acceptable. However, the beef tartare was served before fully thawed, leaving icy bits, and the complimentary ciabatta was overly hard. 4. Front desk should remind guests about winter parking precautions. I usually park in the underground garage but overlooked outdoor parking risks, resulting in a broken glass soda bottle inside my car. 5. A reminder about the in-room motion-activated night light would also be helpful.

The rooms has too many items inside which makes it difficult to move inside. I suggest to keep 1 chair and one table only and put bright carpets.. the dark ones makes the room smaller

Great territory of the hotel but poor quality rooms. Despite my requests to make the upgrade before we arrived - the staff didn't even recognize the loyal members of the program, didn’t even acknowledge that and didn’t say it wasn’t confirmed - no unless I approached them again on the desk and asked how things were with my request. Room is very old and outdated for this amount of money. Unfair price for the stay.

Accor privileges are applicable only for reservations made directly through Accor. As your booking was made through a company, these benefits — including room upgrades and loyalty recognition — unfortunately could not be applied in this case. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly during your stay. Regarding the condition of the rooms, please rest assured that a full renovation of all our guest rooms is already planned and will begin at the start of the new year. We are confident that these improvements will significantly enhance the comfort and overall guest experience.
