We loved everything about this hotel. The hard working staff members are lovely and friendly, the continental breakfast gorgous, the are rooms small but are beautiful, modern and clean. We only had a shower, no bath, but that is all we needed to be honest. We had 3 garden view rooms. The whole hotel is so nice and really quiet on the inside, despite being on a main road. We enjoyed having a drink and sitting in the chill out areas near reception and talking to staff members, that were happy to make time for us. The hotel was all trimmed up nice for Christmas. Just a minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and close to 2 others tube stations. The museums, South Kensington, Earls Court are close by and it's about a 10 minute walk to The Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Only downside is, we wished we had stayed longer, but there's always next time:) 100% we will stay here again, for us everything was perfect. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making us feel welcome.

Situated close to underground station, shops, supermarket and London places of interest in a lovely part of London, the Ibis is an incredibly good find. Staff are very friendly, informative and helpful (management should feel proud) ; rooms and common areas clean and very comfortable (in room provisions excellent); continental breakfast more than generous and freshly prepared. Love the London theme throughout - a different and quirky touch compared to the norm. Room size not vast but more than adequate for a city break. Soundproofing and black out curtains from London streets is perfect, beds comfy, ensuite lovely - a great hotel well priced for a city. Would I return?definitely

This was our second time here. Initially we booked only for two nights but with time we ended up booking our entire time in London with them. The room was spacious n beautiful. Clean and just perfect. The staff was very helpful n courteous a special shout out to two sweetest and most helpful girls Sophie and walusha. Apart from our short chit chats the girls went out of the way to be the kindest n most helpful. Perfect place for family ,solo or just couple stays and great connections the underground is a min walk away.

Staying here for the second time nearly a year later. What a hotel and location. I first booked for three nights and then another two nights. I went away for a day and then again booked three nights. Made this my central hub to work around the UK. Its location and friendly staff make this an absolutely the gem. The staff is fabulous to say the least. Sophie and Walusha are superstars. They took extra care for my requests and went out of the way to cater to a requirement. Makes me a long stayer here for the indefinite future. The rooms are superb safe and quite economical for what it offers. Rooms sizes are much more generous than the usual London pricey offerings. It has a cute bar and a small breakfast place. Average breakfast but it is what it is. The neighbour hood offers dozens of fabulous places. The Gloucester Road is across the street so a no brainer for literally every line. Super convenient and once again a special shoutout to Sophie and Walusha. I am now willing to commit to staying here for 30-40 nights a year which is what I usually book in London every year for the last twenty years and possibly then next twenty. 😊 Much recommended.

Convenient for V&A, Natural History Museum & many more.

The location of this hotel is perfect for the Natural History Museum, The V&A, The Science Museum and many more attractions which are within walking distance. Even Harrods is within a reasonable walking distance or the bus stop is right outside and the tube station using the Piccadilly, circle and district lines is 5 mins away with Earl Court being step free a short distance away. For me being here for 4 nights the room was small there had been a mix up at check in and I found my clothes hanging up above the kettle was impractical. There wasn’t really a proper space for my suitcase like no luggage rack. Not even a door hook to hang my jacket that would’ve helped. Somewhere to hang my bag for instance. No chair in the room was also an odd decor decision but given the size of the room the hotel is really pushing the use of the word “double” sure there is a double bed in the room but there isn’t much space in room and for the price…. It was clean and comfortable. The people were nice and I would recommend this hotel as the public spaces were immaculate. But for me personally that size of room lack of chair and proper place to put clothes and cost of room I’d probably compare with hotels in the area before booking again.
