I would like to recommend Alex and Iannis for being gracious to my sister and I considering we travelled all the way from UAE/ Nottingham to stay in London for 4 days. We are being well taken care of. I recommend their professionalism, kindness and helpfulness to continue fostering a positive and welcoming environment that feels safe. Especially considering that we are two girls alone in a big city and traveling alone. We are grateful for their presence to make our experience here smooth.

I booked the wrong night in error. Alex and Rebecca could not have been more helpful. They were incredible, sorting the situation out, giving me an even better room and a glass of wine while I waited. Both are a real credit to Novotel. Thank you. I highly recommend the hotel.

Could easily be another carbon copy corporate hotel, but the people make the difference.

As London hotels go, the value here is very good. I stay here 30+ times a year. A stand out is Alexandru on the front desk, can't do enough to help you. Very happy.

HORRIBLE - Marcelina ruined my stay

I booked via DayUse (Booking No: 600O862V) and was HORRIFIED by the customer care service from staff member Marcelina. She was so rude and dismissive. As I was checking out, I informed Marcelina that I needed to order an uber home and my phone was about to die and as a young female, just wanted to make sure I got home safe. I asked if she knew a place I could get a charger or somewhere I could charge my phone or if the hotel had any chargers I could use, she responded rudely saying "no and it's not my problem if your phone is dead and not my job to assist you with this". I was so shocked and had to then go over to the bar area to see if I could get help. On top of this, as I was leaving, I then see a display that sells phone chargers (plugs and wires) right across from where Marcelina was situated and then reproached her to say it was unfair the way she spoke to me if she knew that the hotel sells chargers, and she could have informed me of this and helped me out. Again she was dismissive and rude and repeated that she had no obligation to be helpful to me and then proceeded to ignore me despite me speaking in a calm manner. I am so in shock as I have stayed in hotels around the world over the years, including Novotel, and now I never want to stay at a Novotel again because the customer service was SHOCKING. Never in my life have I had someone be so rude and dismissive to me, as a guest.
