Fantastic stay at 25hours Hotel! As part of their Disloyalty program, I received a great discount, which made the experience even better. The service throughout was attentive, warm, and efficient — the staff truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Vienna and perfect for exploring the nearby museums and cultural highlights. The quirky design and vibrant atmosphere add a unique charm that sets it apart from other hotels. An amazing experience overall — highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna!

Hip design, service am not sure

I have to admit that we did not stay in hotel but were in between here and Zoku . We opted for 2nd one but i liked the design and wanted to go and see it anyway (am a hotelier , so its my passion). As for the location 25hrs Vienna is really easily approachable, in center, just after Museum Quarters and there is a beautiful small park just in front of it . place is quiet. Reason we did not book is that I read about reception renovation and enquired if was still on and indeed it was. So it was just a big panel party and dark, reception on upper floor. We went to the roof top bar (have seen corridors from lift, seemed dark but i know its a part of design ). Roof top bar has great view (much better that Sky at Steffle which is well known). Unfortunately we waited for 5-10 minutes for the waiter to take order , it was busty but not crowded, One of the waitresses came out to bring drinks and another guest also tried to stop her to ask something to which she replied in sadly very rude manner "I cant take orders from everyone", implying I presume she was busy. Her face was showing she was angry or fed up , and although I have tolerance for people at work with personal problems I also think it shows lack of respect to the guest who is here to spend money . After that despite the fact that place was nice we decided to leave . I do hope it was a rare thing that happens .

Great! Get the breakfast, enjoy the quirky decor, and thoughtful touches. Splurge for the bathtub on the balcony. Bike for rent, good location helpful Staff bilingual, spoke prefect English were very helpful, great location, lime scooters around too

Better try reserving at another hotel

One of the worst hotels we have ever been. We paid 220 Euros/night expecting a decent, comfortable room. Instead the "double room" we got, was hardly enough for one person. There was only one hard wooden chair and a small table, so only one could sit somewhere to relax besides the bed itself. No closet, only netted selves and hangers along a metal tube. The bed that covered the largest part of the room left only narrow “corridors” around it to move around. No amenities such as a boiler and coffee/tea bags or cotton swabs and conditioner in the bathroom. Cleaning the room and changing bed and bath linen was not automatic, but had to be asked for the previous day. And on top of that one rainy day we had to wait for 30 min to be allowed to enter the dining hall and have breakfast, because as we were told -believe it or not - all the guests came for breakfast at the same time!
