We booked this hotel only to sleep for a red eye flight from CRL. The parking was in the mall adjacent to the hotel, which was nice. The room was big enough for the 4 of us and we managed to get some sleep. The only downside we found were the pillows which were quite hard. The location is right on the middle of the city and they had a Christmas market while there. Overall, a pleasant stay for the purpose. 13 minutes drive to the airport.

We stayed here for 3 nights on the 26th December All staff were very helpful,Polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was lovely with a good range of cereals,pastries,meat,cheeses,fruit,yoghurt,bread,there was also hot food like scrambled egg,sausage,beans,pancakes. We really enjoyed it. Our room was lovely,spotless. Housekeeping do a amazing job. The hotel is spotless throughout the building. Easy reach of all public transport. Lovely shopping centre attached too. Would definitely return to the novotel in Charleroi!
