No basic necessities in disguise of budget hotel.

I have always opted for travelodge but due to unavailability I had to go for this budget hotel. Hoping I will have the similar experience, to my surprise the said room was tiny. There was no kettle for hot water, and the bathroom didn’t even have a latch. Would never recommend this kind of stay to anyone.

great aircon, large room and bathroom...well located...Mehwish and others at reception great and attentive. Nearby Tesco and bus stops...quite and comfortable. Booking and checkin were seamless. Much better value than premier inn anf travelodge. Just that small kettles in rooms could be provided..

As the name of the hotel says its budget. The room is simple. The bed is decent and so is the bathroom. But there's not much space. Breakfast is good, but also budget, so no bacon or eggs. The breakfast area is crammed. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Barking is not a place to go for a stroll.

Dark and small basic room

Our room was incredibly small, with very little natural light, which meant half of the room was in complete darkness, making it incredibly difficult for three people to actually get ready in there. There are only two plug sockets in the room, which again made it incredibly difficult trying to get ready when needing to use electrical appliances. There is also only one main light at the end of the bed, which only lit up a small section of the room. The area needed to get ready for the day was in complete darkness. The facilities in the hotel are basic too, with very limited space to relax. The downstairs seating/breakfast area was also dirty, so we never felt we could sit there and relax after a day out exploring London. The pricing for this hotel needs to be looked into. I booked direct and got charged way above what the room was advised at on other hotel comparison sites and at the hotel. I have emailed you about this, and i have yet to receive a response.

not good hotel

not a good hotel.the bed was cold and the pillow was lumpy.only stayed one night and the room was cold and bed was lumpy.wont be staying again. the hotel was on a busy road and not easy to find.wont be staying there again. it ws meant to be 15 mins from barking train station but took us nearly one hour.
