Ok for one night…..but cold breakfast !

Stayed here while attending the nearby ABBA show. On arrival staff were friendly and informative. Room ok, expected Ibis standard with huge shower in the pod bathroom. Few worn out bits of decor and a couple of very strange bedside lights hanging on loops of wire (I joked that I might garrotte myself in my sleep - very odd). Breakfast was disappointing. Good selection of cooked food but scrambled eggs were dry and ice cold. Bacon dry and hard. Sausage dry and Luke warm. Beans hot and nice and thick !. It was pretty busy with guests but strange to get such a poor display of food.

**Simply the Best! 5 Stars!** My experience at IBIS London Stratford was outstanding! Everything was top-notch from start to finish. The room was pristine and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing – so many delicious options! Service was excellent across the board, with all staff being super friendly and helpful. And the restaurant had fantastic food options for every taste. Highly recommend – you won't be disappointed!

I stayed at this hotel for the first time in over a year after many previous stays on work trips to London. It's well located close to Stratford station and the two shopping malls (Stratford Centre and Westfield Stratford). Check in was efficient and friendly and I was soon in my room and slept well. In daylight the next morning though i noticed that the room could do with either a deep-clean or some replacement of decor. For example, the black-out backs of the curtains were really quite grubby. I also noticed that the back of my head and nape of my neck had about 6-7 insect bites on them after resting on the pillow overnight. This raised concerns about beg-bugs although i am not sure that they were caused by these. Finally, the tea and coffee in the room was missing meaning i couldn't have a morning drink - although when i pointed this out at reception when checking out, the staff member gave me a complimentary cup of coffee which I thought was a nice gesture.
