Parking outside less of a challenge than expected. The meals at Cookes were outstanding. we would eat there even if not staying. Our issue with "disco" noise in the suites (510 on Friday night and 710 on Saturday night), means we would not want to stay in a suite over the weekend, despite the extra room. However the resolution was acceptable. Staff were helpful and friendly. We would stay again.

I visited Cooke's restaurant with my friends and it was an Amazing experince for us. The food was delicious, especially the selection of gelatos. Thank you to Sam for making customised cocktail and for being attentive, Looking after us well.

I had such a great stay, the hotel was lovely but what made it was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and the concierge guys were just so wonderful, Mark and Shayne (hope I got the names right) were above and beyond helpful and just lovely, made me feel I was in trustworthy hands so a huge thank you to them both :) All of the staff were great, the lovely cleaner was very thoughtful and helpful. Couldn’t have wished for better care.
