My father recently stayed at Ibis Hobart, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment he arrived, Dave, Kaye and Jane went above and beyond to ensure his comfort. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and everyone was so welcoming and attentive. The upgraded room was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited to his needs, with all the necessary amenities. He particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed, and the view from the room was beautiful. Housekeeping was top-notch, keeping everything immaculate throughout his stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The team was always available to assist with any special requests and treated my father with great care and respect. He felt well looked after, and it made his stay so much more enjoyable. He had lunch at Mr. Good guy and mentioned it being delicious with plenty of variety on the menu, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the nearby area. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book at Ibis Hobart again for future visits. Thank you to the entire staff for making his stay so memorable!"
