I was surprised to find that the Nimh Binh Old Townwas so beatiful and close. Both myself and my wife loved the Indian food selection for breakfast, it was a change we needed and the indian gentelman working in the restaurant was delightful. The hotel was spacious, the room was great. The lovely lady in the lounge "Trang" I think was her name taught my wife some pleasantries in Vietnamese and sent us on our journey to the old town which was great. The view was spectacular. Just all round very happpy.

It was a very good experience, but few things: Staff English was a bit insufficient at time - and there was no currency change available. but organization was otherwise very good. although it seems that the reception was not very coordinated with the conference services - my suitcase stayed in a conf room for hours and was not brought downstairs.

As a newly built hotel, everything was clean and nice. In particular, having three swimming pools allowed guests to spread out and fully enjoy swimming. However, waiting for and taking the elevators took far too long, so the elevator system seems to need improvement.

It was a very good experience, but few things: Staff English was a bit insufficient at time - and there was no currency change available. but organization was otherwise very good. although it seems that the reception was not very coordinated with the conference services - my suitcase stayed in a conf room for hours and was not brought downstairs.

As a newly built hotel, everything was clean and nice. In particular, having three swimming pools allowed guests to spread out and fully enjoy swimming. However, waiting for and taking the elevators took far too long, so the elevator system seems to need improvement.

We initially booked 5 nights but extended for another 2 nights because we enjoyed the stay so much. Our suite was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view. The food was excellent and the facilities, including the swimming pools, were superb. The location was convenient, with easy access to Trang An and Tam Coc by Xanh SM or GrabCar.
All the staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Special thanks to the Executive Lounge team — Giang, Camie, Anh and Phuong — for their warm and welcoming service. Other staff at the front office were also warm and welcoming, especially Candy (customer relationship manager).
The housekeeping team was excellent, keeping our room very clean and maintaining it in a very good condition throughout our stay.
Overall, a fantastic stay and one we would happily repeat.
