Got service exceeding my expectations. Glad to see the new chef who has a real passion for his profession. Hotel is well run and dedicated to the customer. Amenities are well maintained. Good attention to COVID PREVENTION actions. I stayed the previous week in Marriott but it can not come close to Fairmont.

1. the hotel facilities are well equipped, and health and hygiene controls are given great importance during the epidemic. 2. meticulous and attentive service, fully understanding the needs of the customers and giving uncompromising and warm service. 3. special thanks to Carrie, Jaince and Sandara, Louis, Leo who enhanced the whole stay experience. I will definitely choose Fairmont Chengdu Palm Springs again next time.
