De mes expériences en tant qu enseignante chercheuse en Tourisme, et de mes différents séjours dans différents pays, Fairmont Qasr est Un très beau hôtel avec du personnel très qualifié, du service impeccable. Un lounge très bien entretenu toute la journée avec vue magnifique. Un Spa aussi propre et très bien équipé. Merci à toutes l équipe qui était à mon service durant les 3 nuits passées.

Bon accueil majoritairement à l'exception d'une réceptionniste qui m'a pris de haut car j'avais un tarif préférentiel. De même le barman a refusé à plusieurs reprises de me faire un mocktail
