l'accueil du personnel a été remarquable — professionnel, attentionné et d'une grande réactivité. Les chambres, spacieuses et élégamment aménagées, offrent un niveau de confort particulièrement soigné, avec une vue saisissante qui mérite à elle seule le déplacement. Les équipements de l'établissement sont à la hauteur de la réputation du groupe Fairmont : restauration de qualité, espace bien-être irréprochable et infrastructures adaptées aux exigences d'un séjour professionnel. La connexion et les espaces de travail disponibles m'ont permis de maintenir mon activité dans d'excellentes conditions. La chambre était comfortable. Il y avait un problème d'eau coulante dans notre toilette la première nuit mais ca s'est réglé. Le contact direct par Whatsapp avec l'hotel est très long et difficile et n'est pas du tout interactif. Le staff du concierge était excellent et les serveurs dans le petit déjeuner étaient TOP aussi. A la réception le staff est moins chaleureux honnêtement.

De mes expériences en tant qu enseignante chercheuse en Tourisme, et de mes différents séjours dans différents pays, Fairmont Qasr est Un très beau hôtel avec du personnel très qualifié, du service impeccable. Un lounge très bien entretenu toute la journée avec vue magnifique. Un Spa aussi propre et très bien équipé. Merci à toutes l équipe qui était à mon service durant les 3 nuits passées.
