Comme d'habitude on a passé un séjour agréable, en dépit de quelques choses a améliorer. Le personnel depuis l'arrivée jusqu'au départ, à la réception tout le monde est sourillant, acceuillant, réactif et disponible tel ETHEM ÇAM, DOGUKAN , au petit déjeuner tout le monde était 5/5 Amet, Tanjur, Emri, ...et enfin au Lounge Seven,Mucahit,le chef Batuhan, Murat, Onur et Irem. Reste à revoir la propreté au niveau des chambre beaucoup de poussière services de chambres médiocre( manque de produits de salle de bain). Equipements, moquettes vétustes besoin de changement. Les baies vitrées et fenêtres non étanches le vent souffle sur les rideaux. Hormis ces petite imperfections, on a passé un séjour agréable comme toujour. Merci infiniment

Nous avons passé un excellent moment au restaurant Fairmont avec des amis. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été parfait : un service attentionné et chaleureux. La nourriture était non seulement délicieuse mais aussi très variée. La présentation des plats était impeccable, un vrai régal pour les yeux avant même de commencer à déguster. Un grand merci à Burak, notre serveur, qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer chaque plat dans notre langue. Cela a rendu l’expérience encore plus spéciale et nous a permis d’apprécier chaque bouchée. L’endroit en lui-même est vraiment magnifique, un cadre qui ajoute une touche de charme et de raffinement à l’ensemble du repas. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant pour ceux qui recherchent une expérience culinaire mémorable.

Déçu Parti commune de l’hôtel propre par contre ma suite n* 614 ne l’était pas du tout mise à part le lit fait tous les jours elle n’a jamais était aspirée durant les 6 jours passés la salle de bain était survolée les tasses du mini bar n’était pas lavée et le mini pas rechargé tout les jours très déçu pour l’image de fairmont que j’avais jusqu’à présent Je ne reviendrais plus et ne le conseillerais pas non plus ! Sachant qu’à Istanbul nous aurons l’embarras du choix dans cette catégorie d’hôtel …. Déçu
