Best best stay. Bed is insane they have a pillow menu and the room service is very fast. They have several vegan veg options which is nice and an option we didn’t really get in Egypt or Morocco. The Conceirge team is impeccable they go out of their way to serve you. Love it here will def stay again. The gym is one of the best I’ve seen and the rooftop pool is a vibe. Asain restaurant didn’t disappoint. The Turkish bath is a must. My son and I were very cared for here.

Our stay at the Fairmont in Istanbul was an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, they catered to all our needs and made our stay in this historic & beautiful city a memorable one. I must mention a few members of the team at the hotel, who went that extra mile to make sure our holiday was perfect. All the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful & I am sad I unfortunately do not have the names of those who helped us during our stay. As for the breakfast team, a special mention to Baran & Onur, who's service was simply unmatched compared to any other holiday I've had in the last 20+ years. On top of that the breakfast itself was simply incredible. WHAT A SELECTION! Another special mention to a gentleman named Burak, who served us in the Asian restaurant located on the 5th floor. We also saw him in the bar on our last evening, and I felt so welcomed. I would genuinely say these guys all need to be commended for their service. The hotel itself, located where the old Galatasary stadium used to be, is in a busy area but this certainly did not interrupt our stay. 15 min walk to the closest Metro & closer walks to bus stops. But if you know Istanbul I would certainly recommend the Metro unless you like traffic! The views from the hotel balcony were beautiful, definitely worth paying the extra for a sea view. The whole holiday was so very special, so again thanks to Burak, Baran, Onur and all the staff at Fairmont for a wonderful experience. Alexis & Frances x

Comfort and Style with Amazing Pool and Breakfast - Highly Enjoyable!

We had an outstanding stay! The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, and the room was modern with great amenities. The bathroom was a highlight, with both a shower and bathtub offering a fantastic view of the city. The minibar had a good selection, and there was even a coffee machine in the room. Our room on the 25th floor had stunning views, which made our stay even better. The pool area was wonderful, with a great view and delicious drinks. The breakfast was a real treat – there was so much variety, it was impossible to try everything! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Just something small. We mentioned it was our anniversary, but there was no special surprise or acknowledgment, which was a bit disappointing. Also, while the hotel is close to a subway station, it may not be the best location for extensive city sightseeing.

I believe the Fairmont Istanbul is the best hotel in the city. Since 2021, I have stayed there numerous times, and I’ve consistently enjoyed their Golden Lounge. I would like to extend a special thank you to Iren Tekin Onur Murat for her exceptional customer service and effortless support. Her dedication from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM has truly enhanced my stays, and I can't thank her enough for her outstanding service.

My husband and I stayed at Fairmont Istanbul! It was an amazing accommodation. Food and room were perfect! There were too many breakfast options in the buffet. One night we had dinner at Aila! Perfection. Thanks to Ramazan. He hosted us really nicely I’m Turkish but my husband is American. And all staff speak English perfectly. My husband was so impressed with Turkish hospitality. U have to see Fairmont Gold view. It was stunning! Seven and Burcu ! They have really nice heart and they were so helpful for us ☺️ From front office team, Ethem made our check in so easy and fast. Thanks to all of you for showing Turkish hospitality to my family 🎉
