Well located for the cruise terminal, not too far from the station. Good, clean rooms and an on-site restaurant that exceeded expectations.

Three nights spent. Nice beds, breakfast acceptable - but have seen better at Ibis Styles in Germany. Receptionist not serviceminded. Free coffee and the in reception empty or out of order most of the time (then it is easy to say it is free).

The useless woman in the office behind the front desk .she is so rude and think that clients is one 9f her workers.she and one foolish man with her that does her binding. They took foolishness to the highest level. I recommandé this woman and her pet of à man be sacked.they not know how to talk to gusts.wite out my name .i do not want to remain anonymous. I will never ever stay in that hôtel unless that horrible jezrbel and his pet no longer managés the rooms.
