Room next to the elevator was noisy. Lots of people shouting in the late evening in the hotel corridors.

It was very pleasurable inside the hotel, the staff for check-in were very kind, it was just a bit too hot in the rooms for November but the problem was the day of the checkout - to get an invoice was horror. 10 people before me received the invoice with the address of the institute that we need without difficulties but mine took nearly 10 minutes with the 15 minutes wait of the others before me (which is normal of course to wait in line when everyone wants to check out). But additionally I missed my bus due to that and most frustrating was the fact that the address was spelled wrong and and the staff said that it couldn't be printed again although it was her mistake. After that I did receive it via mail but I couldn't print it on my way so it was not very well organized. Maybe have the possibility to correct mistakes and print a second invoice! Thanks a lot
