Room I stay is very small it is just for 2 person and they accommodated 4 persons in such small room. Staff at reception specially at check out was very unpolite and unfriendly. I am member of Accor group from many years and visited worldwide many hotels but this is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life.

- The AC is very loud, you need earplugs to sleep - I wonder why do I need to pay every single day for parking separately when I stay in the hotel for 3 nights - Your morning receptionists are quite unprofessional and it feels like checking in to a dorm

Great place to stay for our short overnight trip to Kiel. Handy to the ferry terminal and shops. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious too. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great place ir the heart of Kiel. Very clean and convenient. Superb parking (you have to pay) and breakfast. Good option for people travelling with dogs.
