The rooms and location are great, and we have stayed at the hotel several times before. We arrived at 1 pm, asking if the room was ready, it wasn’t - totally fair. The lady at the reception said maybe it would be ready at 2 pm, or no later than 3 pm. Check in time was 3 pm. We showed up at 3 pm, with two tired children and all our luggage. The room was still not ready. We could either wait or take at city tour. We asked how long it would take to get the room, and the receptionist didn’t know, but they would Call. 1,5 hour later they call!!! No sorry for the inconvenience at any time. Not good enough!!

Good location and decent breakfast available. Useful having a fridge in the rooms. Only issue was on an 8 night stay the room is only serviced once a week with a change of towels so for us the towel were only changed on the day before we checked out. Even if they did it after 4 nights of our 8 night stay we wouldn’t have been so frustrated
