Was planning to give a 10 rating but only rated 9 because of a shortage of room cleaning on the 2nd week of my stay. Maybe it is not totally your fault as I assume the cleaning staff will do it on Monday if they did not do it on Sunday. The good rating was due to fast rectification services from your staff. I have a defective electric kettle and empty body wash bottle. Your staff Melissa ensure I got the kettle replaced and a new bottle of body wash ASAP. If I do visit Kiel again, I would like to stay here again. 😁

We had a really nice stay - the hotel was a bit difficult to find, but after that everything was perfect. The room was really nice, the location very central and the bar was good!

The rooms and location are great, and we have stayed at the hotel several times before. We arrived at 1 pm, asking if the room was ready, it wasn’t - totally fair. The lady at the reception said maybe it would be ready at 2 pm, or no later than 3 pm. Check in time was 3 pm. We showed up at 3 pm, with two tired children and all our luggage. The room was still not ready. We could either wait or take at city tour. We asked how long it would take to get the room, and the receptionist didn’t know, but they would Call. 1,5 hour later they call!!! No sorry for the inconvenience at any time. Not good enough!!
