I chose to book this hotel specifically to experience its services, however, my stay was disappointing due to several concerns that need urgent attention: Unequal Treatment of Guests - Hospitality should be consistent for all guests. I observed clear favoritism towards guests who appeared to hold higher positions or were dressed formally. Service staff were attentive to such individuals, while others—including myself—were overlooked. I had to wait excessively for basic items like chapaties and my and other guests orders were repeatedly ignored, leaving (atleast) me without a proper meal that night. Regardless of attire or status, every guest deserves equal respect and service, especially when paying the same price. Room Key and Check-in Experience - At check-in, the room key provided to me was not properly configured and did not even allow access to the lift. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, the staff questioned whether I had kept the key near my mobile phone. After a 10-hour journey and not feeling well, this delay and response only added to my discomfort. Lack of Communication About Facilities - Even for a one-day stay, guests have the right to be informed about available facilities and services. Unfortunately, no effort was made to guide or inform me. A hotel stay is more than just accommodation—it is about the overall experience, service, and the memories created. As someone who values sharing honest experiences, I felt let down by the lack of engagement and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not consider staying at this hotel again and surely would not recommend it to others. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed to improve the experience for future guests

Avery excellent property, safe and secure for the family, Excellent services, Excellent air conditioning, Luminaires & illuminations, neat & clean nice ambiences and good food , The provide us the wake up call that is really appreciated and the break fast buffet is so nice.
