While we are pleased to hear that you appreciated our location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the service provided by our reception team, we are truly sorry that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We sincerely regret that the lack of air conditioning had such a negative impact on your experience, especially during the unusually warm weather. As you may recall, we were pleased to offer you a complimentary upgrade to our highest room category upon your arrival. Unfortunately, not all of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning. To help ensure a more comfortable stay in the future, we have added a note to your guest profile requesting a room with air conditioning whenever temperatures are high, subject to availability. We are also sorry to learn that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, due to a particularly high number of guests having breakfast at the same time during your stay, the breakfast area was exceptionally busy. While this explains the situation, it does not excuse the impression you received, and we apologize that both the selection and the service did not reflect the standard we aim to provide. Regarding the Wi-Fi, we apologize that this information was not communicated during check-in. We will remind our team to ensure that all guests receive complete information about the hotel's amenities upon arrival. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
