Semua bertemu dengan ekspektasi saya, hanya saja ada beberapa hal yang perlu dilakukan peningkatan. Ruangan sauna memerlukan perhatian lebih, seharusnya bekerja dengan baik, terapi saat saya gunakan perlu meminta untuk dinyalakan dahulu, saya menunggu lama, dan ruangan tidak terasa panas. Petugas spa seperti bingung dan tidak menjadi satu kesatuan dengan manajemen hotel.

At the same time, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced with the sauna and spa facilities. We regret that the sauna was not properly prepared prior to your use and that you had to wait for it to be activated, only to find that it did not reach a comfortable temperature. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We also apologize for the confusion you encountered with our spa staff, as all team members should be fully aligned with hotel procedures and guest expectations. Your comments have been shared with our Spa Management for immediate review, including staff retraining and stricter operational checks to ensure the facilities are fully functional and ready for use without delay.
