The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are good. The breakfast is awesome. 2 small suggestions to improve: - For the massage, a special massage table would be even better - The pool should be bigger and some slides for kids would be also welcome

Sudah beberapa kali nginap di mercure batavia, baru kali ini agak kecewa dimulai dengan pintu yg baterainya hbs jadi harus nunggu di perbaiki, wastafel habis di tutup ngk bisa dibuka lagi harus call operator lagi, sandal hotel hahya sepasang harus minta lagi buat ke kolam, sabun kamar mandi ngk bisa di pencet harus manggil petugas lagi. Ngk tau mungkin lagi apes kayaknya kali ini nginap di sana. Untuk hotel yg berbintang seharusnya roomnya bener2 diperhatikan sebelum open buat tamu. Di cek semua fasilitasnya

The hotel looks amazing from the outside. We liked the location very much, you can easily walk to the Fatahillah Square. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was not the best. Croissants were not tasty, the tea tasted like coffee and there was not a lot of fruit. That was a bit of a disappointment in a hotel like this, we expected more.
