Jujur saja ini bukan yg pertama kali saya meginap di Mercure Ancol. Saya kurang suka dengan manajer bernama LIZA, maaf saja bagi saya suka melebih lebihkan sesuatu. Tanggal 25 April saya berkunjung ke Mercure Ancol dan tiba sekitar pk 21.00. Saya kembali ke hotel ini karena mau ambil barang saya yg saya titip (check in 24 aprl, check out 25 april). Setelah ambil barang saya menunggu kerabat saya namun beliau tidak turun-turun , akhirnya gak terasa saya menunggu sampai jam 01:00 - 02:00 dan beliau mengatakan tunggu sebentar krn msh ada yg dipersiapkan. Karena saya bosan akhirnya saya keliling lantai-lantai yg ada saja, saya pun sudah cukup hafal dengan hotelnya, saya hanya duduk-duduk dan berkeliling supaya tidak bosan. Tiba-tiba saya melihat kamar yg pintunya TERBUKA LEBAR UTUH dan saya tau itu kamar yg sudah TERBAYAR NAMUN TIDAK DITEMPATI. Akhirnya saya cek pelan-pelan utk memastikan memang tidak terpakai dan terbukti tidak ada barang satupun dan bed covernya sedikit berantakan. Akhirnya karena saya lelah, saya bersantai-santai di kamar tersebut, kerabat saya pun karena terlalu lelah akhirnya cancel pertemuannya. Karena sudah jam subuh akhirnya saya tempati kamar yg tidak terpakai tersebut karena saya TAU MEMANG TIDAK DITEMPATI, TIDAK DI MAKE UP ROOM, DAN SUDAH DIBAYAR. Tidak ada bell boy MAKE UP dan PINTUNYA DIBUKA LEBAR PENUH setelah kamarnya rapi dan terjadi jam subuh. Akhirnya saya check out jam 11 siang, saya ditangkap oleh si LIZA. Saya kesal karena pada akhirnya SAYA BAYAR PENUH loh, TAPI DIA TANGKAP SAYA setelah saya BAYAR, bahkan taxi yg saya pesan sudah datang, dia berkomplot sama penjaga ruang CCTV yg badannya besar dan mengancam saya kalo tidak ikuti prosedur akan diproses ke Polisi. Singkat cerita saya dijegat utk pergi dan liza memaksa saya harus memberikan KRONOLOGI TERTULIS, lalu di TANDA TANGANI dan saya di foto dengan surat tersebut!! JUJUR ini pengalaman paling buruk saya di mercure! Kalo hanya di charge saja oke, ini udah di charged gak dikasih pergi!! Lagian kalau saya hitung-hitung jd double pembayaran untuk kamar tersebut karena SUDAH DIBAYAR LUNAS oleh penguni sebelumnya dan saya tempati kamar BEKAS YG tidak terpakai SERTA TIDAK DI MAKE UP ROOM namun di charged penuh!! Kemana itu uang larinya?!!

A guest room being found unlocked or temporarily unoccupied does not grant permission for use under any circumstances, regardless of its payment or housekeeping status. Actions Taken by Hotel Management The actions taken by our management and security team were conducted strictly in accordance with hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including: Securing the situation Requesting a written incident statement for official records Documenting the case as an internal report These steps were taken solely for safety, security, and asset protection purposes, and not as intimidation or harassment. Room Charges Explanation The room charge applied was an administrative consequence of unauthorized room usage, not a punitive action. There was no double payment involved, and no misuse or misallocation of funds as implied in your review. We regret that certain statements published on public platforms: Do not accurately reflect the factual events Personally identify a staff member Contain serious allegations that are unsupported by evidence Please be advised that the dissemination of inaccurate or misleading information that may harm the reputation of individuals or the hotel could potentially have legal implications.
