Spacious lobby with great decoration of christmas. Nice room , clean room but we didn't find a room service menu. We must call the operator with a small volume. When i order the room service, i choose the fried noodle seafood but the resto confirm with bakmie seafood which is i accept. Also i ask the server for the benefit member but he suggest to call the operator. Need more attention for this. Food was tasty

Very satisfying “grand” deluxe room

As the name implies, you will find this hotel is very "grand" from the lobby to the room. There were 2 check-in staff at that time, the senior one was very friendly and humble, very helpful. The junior staff was a bit "tired" but still fast and friendly. We arrived at night and got the room we wanted assisted by the check-in staff. The room we got was quite spacious and fully equipped. Large and soft twin beds, a double sofa with a table facing a large window. A practical work desk and a complete TV channel with local and international broadcasts. Spacious bathroom with toilet and shower area separated by a partition and sink. The floor was clean, the carpet also felt clean. Comfortable and clean bed, clean and comfortable like-new white sheets. Comfortable pillows, and apparently from a brand that guarantees comfortable sleep. The entire room was clean and well maintained. I am very sensitive to cleanliness, so I could feel that this room was clean to the corners. I will definitely stay here again. Affordable price for a luxurious room and facilities like this.

The reservation desk was terrible

We've arranged our reservations months before our arrival. While we were on our flight to Jakarta (a few hours before our arrival), the reservation desk started to hassle us with whatsapp messages for a pre-payment to guarantee the room. Luckily I had transit flight so I could fix that. This is no way to treat your customers. If you want a payment beforehand, arrange it days/weeks before arrival instead of threatening at the arrival date. The guys at the bar were friendly and made our visits there and at the restaurant pleasant. Everything else was a minor experience.
