Very good service. Room is very clean. Value of money. Very good location. Opposite the Gajah Mada Mall. Many restaurant around. Easy to find transportation. Very comfortable and have a good sleep. Room upgrade as a Platinum member from Accor.

Great experience. The Duty Managers are very kind and helpful. But the hotel operators are not helpful. Every time I called and pressed the "Need Help" button, likely things were not get done. Subsequently, I whatapps the Duty Managers. They are very efficient and helpful.

Grand Mercure Harmoni is one of the best hotel in town. The hotel location is really strategic in the central of Jakarta city. It's the best choice for your business travel even for family staycation. We stayed 2 nights at the spacious room of Grand Mercure Harmoni. We would like to shout out to Mr. Taufik Ismail for his services during our 2 nights staycation and made us feel welcome. Quarantine stay

Stayed in Grand Mercure Harmoni second time this year - both were for quarantine purposes.This time the hotel took stricter measure for check in - imposed by the authorities. All very professional. The biggest improvement was the quality and presentation of the food. A nice service was the drinks and snack cart in the afternoon. Instead of calling room service, they come to the door. If this service can find an improvement, try to have the cans of the drinks cold. Small item of complaint in an otherwise very good time. I will come again in October.

It is quiet room. It is easy for you to sleep. I really enjoy the room service. The food is tasty. Hotel location is great for business, near to center of the city. It is very easy to get public transportation.

I enjoyed a good stay in this hotel. The room is well-equipped and convenient, with a quite clean bathroom. For breakfast, the hotel offered variety of menu. They even served traditional Indonesian herbal drink (jamu). Overall, it is an enjoyable stay.

Room is nice and clean. Housekeeping staff even do a night turndown service for me. The reception staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Location is very good. Just opposite the hotel, there is a mall with a big supermarket. As a frequent traveler and Platinum member, I am just disappointed that there is no executive lounge in the hotel (unlike any other Grand Mercure all over the world) and the welcome drink serve is only coffee, tea or juice (not even the freshly blend ones). The worst thing is there is a skylounge and I see people smoking in the airconditioned place (didn't the Indonesian law stated no smoking in all public place). There is supposed to be a movie screening (The lion King) but it didn't happen. I was even told to buy alcoholic drink if I want to sing karaoke (very bad practice, how about muslim customers). I do certainly hope the hotel management can go something about it.

Room was good and spacious. Breakfast Buffet was far away to be a Grand experience. Many dishes were empty, slow staff for refilling. very limited selection if you are not an Asian national. Service at the bar slow and disappointing refusing us drinks because of a problem in the deposit amount done at check in.

Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni is a hotel that always stays when I visit Jakarta. The great thing is the spacious rooms and the friendly staff. The disadvantage is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. ACCOR Membership is preferred at the hotel.

Nearly Perfect BUT I must protest

This excellent hotel deserves top marks and a high score however, I cannot give 5 starts until they stop using plastic water bottles. In reception there's a sign that says "Say No To Plastic Bottles" but they give you no option BUT to use plastic bottles. When I asked them to refill my water bottle they looked confused and simply offered me a plastic water bottle and when I said NO please refill they laughed at me and opened a plastic water bottle and emptied it into my bottle - I mean what was the point. It shows the staff have no idea and that the management are not taking the environment seriously. They obviously don't think that training the staff into these matters are important. As a BIG international hotel chain the Accor group should know better and lead the way. ALL people reading this should give LOW marks to any hotel that uses plastic bottles. Perhaps now the Grand will stop laughing and actually do something to fix the issue. Supply water dispensers to refill and use glass bottles.

Actually, we have done some practices in order to support global action on reducing plastic usage in our daily operation. We are using glass water bottle for our meeting activities at our meeting room and using stainless-til straw to replace the plastic one. We have provided dispensers at most of all guest floor pantry and our glass bottle, are also ready to be use when our guest are prefer not to use plastic bottle for there drinkable supplies at the guest room. Thank you for your kind input and I will pursue the time on the subject to ensure all of our team member understand well and be able to explain to our guess accordingly. room upgraded. gym is good for work out. breakfast spread is good, but bacon n soup very salty. room welcome food could have been better, but not replace daily. better to serve fruits. pillow n king bed is comfortable.

The WiFi in the hotel room was bad and slow. It’s been the same and nothing has improved. Disappointed but I’m sure the management will not do anything as I have told many times but it continues to be bad.

Hotel is decent, location wise is not in the city centre, so a ride there would take about 20 minutes depending on traffic. Love the vibe that this hotel has. Staff are helpful and friendly, even amongst themselves and you can see they are happy working in the hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

Noisy night

Last nighty before I check out. My floor was 2 floor above the pool, the band was playing till midnight. It was very loud, I spoke to the front desk and they can't do anything. I'm not very happy with this kind answer and treatment. The TV volume setting is fixed to prevent loud disturbing other guest, there's sign along the hallways to be quiet. Yet, you allow the band to play till midnight. Thanks to you, I didn't get a good rest.

Many thanks for the hotel staffs especially the Harmoni Cafe staff. I have been staying a few times with Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni and each time of my stay,I noticed some improvements. This time around is the hotel have installed more lights in the room and corridors. It make it much easier and less freigtening as previously it was quite dim in both the rooms and corridors. Well done!I have been upgrade to the Family suite room upon check in as a Le Club Platinum member privileges. Thank you for this. Staffs at the Harmoni Cafe is marvellous. They are friendly and focus on their job. I noticed that the breakfast sessions can be extremely busy but the staffs are managing it well and they always smiles and made their guest welcoming. This is a tremendous improvement as previously, the restaurant is understaff and I need to wait quite a long time to get fresh cutleries to be replace and the table cleaned. Well done! However, there is a shortfall at the bar located at the lobby. I redeemed my welcome drink at the bar. The bartender attended to me seems do not know what drinks am I eligible for my Platinum welcome drink voucher. He have to telephone his colleagues to find out. When I requests for a red wine for my welcome drink voucher, I have asked him on whether the options of red wines are dry or fruity. He doesn’t know what I am saying. He has to show me to bottle of red wine. To be honest, this is my first time experiencing a bartender that doesn’t know their products and item that they are promoting at the bar! I ended up having honey lemon instead of red wine because of the frustration. Overall, the stay is good and I would recommend that the hotel needs to consider re-training their staffs on the Le Club Accor privilege the member are entitled to (Silver, Gold and platinum status). Also the bartender needs more training on the type of beverages offered at the hotel.

Strategic Location for business travellers

The ventilation system in the smoking room floors are very bad, being a casual smoker, the odor is much too strong for me. The head shower was also leaking. Breakfast was Mercure standard. Will considering staying here again if they improve
