It was a great stay that I took along my spouse for a business trip. This hotel facilitate lounge for platinum member above and provide drinks and snack from afternoon to evening. Close to trade Center mall and a lot of culinary area. Breakfast is also good with variety of menu

Very fast check in & I get the smoking room even the smoking floor is already full. Overall the services are excellent. Room is clean enough and access to public transport in front of the building. Just need improvement for room amenities because I think 4 stars hotel need the 4 stars amenities too. Thankyou Eileen for the assistance.

I booked two rooms as platinum member of accor and I do really satisfied with the service excellence here. The staff are really attentive and very helpfull. Great location .. centre of old jakarta

Great staff and Arif made the trip fantastic. Location is 10 min walk to Chinatown and quick cab ride to many tourist attractions. Big breakfast spread. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and had a great stay. Bar staff are great just that it's smoking.

Our Unpleasant stays at Novotel Gajahmada. Unfriendly staff. Not recommended

First, Unpleasant staff at the drop off area as he rushed us to move away, I ve stopped my car for less than 10 seconds just to drop my wife to do a check in progress. Second, Been promised by GS staff via Whatsapp prior arrival to setup the room with welcome snack and animal towel and its finally delivered in the evening around 8pm. We did send a message to follow up but no response Third, not even a piece of welcome letter in our room from hotel management staff like other accor brand hotel we ve had been. Until we finally found that letter was in an envelope given by Guest service without any notice. the worst part is the title was printed wrong. Soon as we arrived in our suites, we requests to move to other suite with front view and the answer is "No" as the hotel are fully occupied as per the staff, eventhough looks like very quite. Food quality at the lounge is just mediocre. Not much variety and most of them was not in good quality. Staff are not friendly at all, there are no connection to us. They are too busy giving an extra attention to Guest with different nationalities compare to us as a local people. Passed by the Guest service desk and not even bothered to greet us. As a loyal Accor Gold member, we felt very unwelcome and our staycation experience is very bad with this hotel. Will not recommend this hotel to others.
