Fasilitas ameneties di kamar mandi sangat kurang. Ketika masuk ke kamar: sabun habis, sikat gigi hanya 1, tidak ada plastik kecil yg biasa diletakkan di washtafel utk membuang barang pribadi customer.

Masuk kamar jam 16.30 harus menunggu karena listrik mati, masuk kamar AC mati, telepon mati, di tawarin pindah kamar dan kami pindah kamar. Di kamar yang baru telepon mati dan kunci akses tidak bisa digunakan di lift. Tolong di perbaiki pelayanannya.trims
