Thank you sudah membuat wedding 1st anniversary saya dan suami memorable. Dari awal check in di assist baik dengan Mr. Reho. Lalu dikamar sudah disiapkan mirror art dan compliment yg luar biasa dari Ms. Aurel. Dan pada saat lunch time di La Floriane dibantu dengan Ms. Vira dan satu laki2 tapi saya lupa namanya, beliau sangat membantu sekali. Pada saat pesan dijelaskan menu2 favorite dan detail tiap menu di La Floriane. Menu di La Floriane enak dan approved, cocok untuk romantic lunch or dinner. Menj breakfast sangat variatif, hanya saja ada salah satu staff dibagian dessert yg sedikit cuek dan kurang ramah. But all services and facilities was nice. I will back soon 🥰

Kamar mandi air menggenang, tidak bisa otomatis masuk ke saluran air. Petugas housekeeping jorok. Waktu mengganti handuk, handuk dijepit didagunya. Dilipat di dagu. Melanggar hygiene sanitasi.
