Kindly allow us to clarify that late check-out benefits are subject to room availability on the day of departure. Unfortunately, due to the hotel occupancy situation at that time, we were only able to extend your check-out time until 2:00 PM. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the delayed check-in process, the breakfast experience during the Eid period, the delay in your massage reservation, and the condition and cleanliness of your room. We fully understand how disappointing these issues must have been, especially during a family stay and a peak occupancy period. Your comments regarding operational readiness during full house situations, room maintenance issues (including phone functionality, bathtub drainage, and ergonomics), housekeeping standards, and breakfast variety have been taken very seriously.
