Had breakfast , waited for the omelete almost an hour??? And when it comes after hours, pesanan tidak sesuai apa yang saya order .no filling? I requested ham, onion and dice tomato in it! But what ? Nothing inside , just a tiny little pepper, and also the omlete is not well cooked , masih mentah ditengahnya, masih bisa kecium telor mentahnya. Udah nunggu lama, pesanan gak sesuai, dan not well cooked? Untuk standar kelas bintang 5 , kalian bercanda ???) omg worse ever !!! Untuk car parking juga pelit ya , masa tamu ada 2, masing2 bawa mobil, yang bisa free parking cuman 1 ? Wkwkwkw hotel aneh !!!!!! Itu bukan standar bintang 5 !!

We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to wait an extended period for your omelette, only to receive an order that was not prepared according to your request and was undercooked. This is certainly not the level of quality and attentiveness we strive to deliver. Please be assured that your concerns have been taken very seriously and have been addressed internally with our Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to ensure immediate improvements in service efficiency, order accuracy, and food quality standards. We also regret that the service attitude you experienced did not reflect the warm and professional hospitality we are committed to providing. Corrective measures and additional coaching have been reinforced with the team to prevent a recurrence of such situations. Regarding the parking policy, kindly allow us to clarify that complimentary parking is extended for one vehicle per room. Secara keseluruhan menyenangkan, yang perlu diperbaiki adalah area kamar mandi yang hanya dibatasi oleh partisi kaca tanpa pintu, dan karena lantainya tidak terlalu rendah, bila kita mandi menggunakan shower, airnya akan meluber keluar dan membasahi area kamar mandi dan sekitarnya sehingga membuat tidak nyaman karena basah
