We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the delayed check-in process, the breakfast experience during the Eid period, the delay in your massage reservation, and the condition and cleanliness of your room. We fully understand how disappointing these issues must have been, especially during a family stay and a peak occupancy period. Your comments regarding operational readiness during full house situations, room maintenance issues (including phone functionality, bathtub drainage, and ergonomics), housekeeping standards, and breakfast variety have been taken very seriously.
