seluruh staff sangat baik dan membantu kamar luar biasa nyaman makanan sangat lezat security di parkiran lantai P2 atau P3 (lupa) sangat ramah. ada 1 yg kurang, security yg jaga di pintu masuk pada saat malam hari. beliau ngomong, bentar2 mau kekamar berapa, lohhhhhhhhh bukannya hotel tempat umum ya apalagi buat tamu? gak semuanya ke hotel harus nginep kan, bisa ke resto atau ke bar? kenapa nanya mau kekamar berapa? apa mungkin karna penampilan kami tidak pakai jas atau tuxedo atau kemeja? apa karna kami malam2 keliling pecenongan gak pake mobil, lagian ngapain pake mobil hanya keliling jalan didepan hotel. mungkin harus ada training hospitality lg buat securitynya, jangan menjudge org dari penampilan aja. guest is still a guest, good services for every guest at 5 star hotel is a mandatory.

Saya mengalami pengalaman yang ‘unik’ ketika menginap di hotel ini: 1. Peraturan yang berbeda dari hotel lain; Sendal hotel ada tulisan “used in room only” tidak diperkenankan ke restoran untuk sarapan menggunakan sendal hotel. Sehingga saya dan anak2 perlu kembali lagi ke kamar lantai 23 untuk ganti sepatu. Alasannya safety, licin. Kalau gitu spek sendal yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lantai marmer. 2. Perbedaan dalam menginterpretasikan fasilitas voucher sarapan untuk platinum member. Saya tidak dapat menggunakan voucher sarapan saya untuk anak saya. Menurut pihak hotel, voucher sarapan untuk member Platinum, hanya berlaku untuk kamar kedua. Menurut interpretasi dan pengalaman kami di hotel lain, voucher sarapan untuk member Platinum dapat digunakan di kamar pertama DAN kamar kedua. Sehingga awalnya kami diminta untuk membayar 50% untuk anak kami, voucher tidak dapat digunakan. 3. Manner yang kurang menyenangkan. Karena ada perbedaan pendapat poin 2, lalu pihak hotel keluar kalimat “ya udah pak, saya gratiskan saja untuk anak Bapak” Saya bukan masalah uang untuk bayar, lebih karena saya ingin menggunakan hak saya atas voucher sarapan. 4. Pintu kamar tidak dapat dibuka karena baterai pintu habis. Awalnya kami diberikan kartu akses baru, tetapi tetap tidak bisa digunakan. Alhasil kami perlu bolak balik ke resepsionis, dan teknisi datang, proses ini memakan waktu 20’. Tidak ada telepon di lantai kamar. 5. Lift ada sedikit bunyi
