baru pertama kali ada hotel wa minta bayar di trf, dr awal perasaan udah gaenak, lalu saat sampai tidak ada penawaran sama sekali dan ga diinfo mengenai room upgrade, tidak dicek sama sekali padahal biasanya di lv gold biasa selalu ada. untuk cafe dibawah juga gak manusiawi, minta air hangat karena keselek aja disuruh beli equil terus dipanasin? halo kalian bintang 5 kan? jangan malu2 in amat lah
