I originally booked a two-night stay to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency, we were unable to spend even a single night at the hotel and had to stay in the hospital instead. My room was upgraded using my Accor Platinum SNU to an Artist Suite King (Non-Smoking), which was very impressive. Unfortunately, my second SNU could not be refunded after the cancellation of the second night. However, the duty manager kindly promised to offer an upgrade on my next booking, and he genuinely kept his word. Sadly, I had to cancel that booking as well, as my husband’s illness lasted longer than expected. Therefore, this review mainly reflects my impression of the room itself and, more importantly, my sincere appreciation for the duty managers who were involved during the emergency. Special thanks to Mr. Ardi and the security supervisor (or manager?), who rushed to our room in the middle of the night to help transfer my husband to the hospital. What truly impressed me was Mr. Ardi’s genuine care and attentiveness. He later followed up on my husband’s condition in the morning and even offered to prepare breakfast for me if needed. When I asked about transportation between the hotel and the hospital, he also coordinated with the next-shift duty manager to arrange a shuttle for me. Thanks to the support from the duty manager team, everything became much easier—I was able to pay all in one bill and go directly to the hospital to take care of my husband without additional stress as I am not familiar with language and cash here. In the midst of this critical situation, I also forgot my phone chargers at the hotel. Another duty manager, Mr. Hendra, kindly arranged to send them to me via Gojek, which I deeply appreciated. I am truly grateful for all the kindness, care, and professionalism shown by the Raffles Jakarta team during such a difficult time. Thank you very much

I stayed two nights at Raffles Jakarta and honestly, it set a new benchmark for what luxury hospitality should feel like. The suite was incredible. Spacious, beautifully designed, calm, and effortlessly elegant. Everything felt considered and refined, without trying too hard. You walk in and immediately feel that quiet confidence that only truly great hotels have. The service was a flawless 10 out of 10. Every single interaction felt genuine, warm, and perfectly timed. Staff anticipated what I needed before I even thought about asking, yet never made it feel intrusive. That balance is rare, and they nailed it. You are treated like a valued guest, not a room number. I have stayed in some very good hotels over the years, but this was on another level. Without exaggeration, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Raffles Jakarta delivers luxury the old fashioned way, through exceptional people, attention to detail, and an atmosphere that makes you want to slow down and enjoy every moment. If you are considering staying here, do not overthink it. Just book it. You will leave wondering why all hotels cannot be this good.

The best laundry

Thank you very much to Hotel Raffles Jakarta for the excellent Laundry service. Mr. Nur and Mr. Oka are truly humble and show a strong sense of responsibility and belonging to their work. Although my CEO no longer resides at Raffles Residence, he continues to place full trust in Mr. Nur to handle his garments and has provided a substantial deposit for Laundry services, reflecting great confidence in his professionalism and integrity. Mr. Oka is also very polite, detailed, and friendly in answering my questions, providing sincere and attentive service. I sincerely hope that Hotel Raffles Jakarta will continue to retain Mr. Nur and Mr. Oka, as they demonstrate outstanding attitude and work ethics. Their kind gesture of offering a welcome drink when I felt thirsty was deeply appreciated. I wish Mr. Nur and Mr. Oka good health and continued excellence in their service.

I stayed with my sister for 1 night. We had a very pleasant stay. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge, clean, neat, and fragrance but mostly I loved the bathroom since it was very spacious and elegant. Should try their signature welcome drink, Mulberry Soda. We thank the hotel for the hospitality and sure, will come back again in the near future.

Amazing Exprerience Staying in this hotel with my Platinum member accor Benefit. Thankyou Raffles Lounge Team, We had an top north of service from Afternoon Tea, Evening Coctail and Breakfast. Especially Rasya who show her genuine gesture to serve of us while enjoying breakfast. The food quality was perfect taste and much variety. Overall room condition was good enough, But the cons is we didnt get upgraded to Suite room, and the Checkout time only extender 1 hour. Maybe the hotel in full occupancy during my stay in the Public holiday. Really enjoyed welcome drink at The Writers Bar, the staff really attentive and knowledgeable about the drinks. Love the bar ambiance and good music! Will come back to this hotel while visiting jakarta again.
