Very nice hotel. Located in kuningan. Just next to lotte mall. The room is spacious. We got upgraded to Artis suite which is almost 100sqm. They offer threadmill machine in the room. Food was awesome. We try alot different nice food. Breakfast was plenty of choice. Gym also above standart. All if the equipment is technogym. Will definately comeback soon. They also have range rover velar for the airport transport. Luxury experience

This was my first time to combine both work and leisure so I was very appreciative and I also want to thank the details you made in making my little girl stay enjoyable, from the pretty hairband, to the cookies decoration and when we came back with colouring book and also children’s shower and shampoo. And even the bathrobe and slippers for her. She is really appreciative and enjoying the pampering. Even for the last day when we were at the pool for a swim before we head home, the staff brought fruits and water and it’s little details that will make raffles Jakarta my first choice when it comes to my work or family stays in the future. We also enjoyed the very spacious room !

Beautiful hotel with direct access to Lotte Mall . The room was luxurious, spacious and clean. But had the room facing the city so the noise from passing loud exhaust vehicle can be heard . Breakfast at arts cafe was delicious but on our 1st day it was super crowded and the staff forgot our order . Spa was excellent , relaxing and enjoyable . Worth a try . It was a birthday staycation , receive a nice surprise and a big shout out to the staff especially Rhanny, Thaha, Leiry for decorating the room with balloons and cake . Service at the hotel was great , warm and sincere . We felt very welcome especially all the staff that we met seems to know and wished a happy birthday even on the next day . The pre check in request were all met and prepared upon arrival. The cute towel messages and notes were also sweet gesture. Request for a later check out but was denied alternatively was offered other options. Overall it was a memorable experience, love the butler service and WhatsApp comms . A hotel worth to stay in .

The hotel is good, nice facilities with direct link to Lotte Mall. We also did a couple massage at the Spa which was amazing. Staff is super friendly and also offered us a room upgrade. However, we had 3 breakfast here and the experience was really bad: First day there was a worm in my girlfriend vegetable 2nd day the miso soup was plain cold even though it was an ordered dish 3rd day was super crowded and the staff seem to forget my order Will try the Fairmont next time
