Every stay in Raffles Jakarta confirm that this is the best hotel in Jakarta and probably one of the best in the Region. Hotel features are exceptional and the staff is simply fantastic. Always feel like home. From the valet to the club people everybody is nice and helpful

awesome service and well maintained. The staff were really well organised and helpful. Even had a butler service that contacted me ahead of my stay to make arrangements. I was given an early check in and even a welcome drink. There was a big event happening and the hotel was full but service standard did not drop

I've stayed this hotel a few times and it's great. The room is super clean and spacious, service quality is superb and overall just a luxurious experience. It's also directly linked to lotte mall which is super convenient for you to grab some shopping or even do your hair,massage etc.

We had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The butler service was good. The pool was good. The food was good. The bed was so comfortable. The hotel has a direct access to the mall. The security is also very tight.

Superb hotel. Staff make it. For a big tower in a busy city, it feels remarkably like a resort. It is the staff that really make it though, particularly Yuli and Irwin in the Raffles Club – superb every time. Love the pool and spa as well. All fantastic.
