On my first business trip to Jakarta, the hotel and the staff have been of great assistance. Services and restaurant very nice, I had good business meetings. Of note, my flight was at a later time than originally planned and there was no problem in extending checkout time a little longer and arranging for a taxi to airport, charged to the room (I had no local cash). Among staff, Rara was of particular help.

Pengalaman Liburan yang sangat menyenangkan dan membuat kami selalu ketagihan liburan disini. Semua Fasilitasnya lengkap dan Rasa menu hidangannya enak2, lengkap, dan variatif. Lokasinya strategis dan Akses mudah kemana saja serta dekat Mall. Sebaiknya ditambahkan free kids Activity tambahan setiap sabtu juga seperti cooking class, decoration cupcakes, mini pizza, atau buat sushi dan dengan foam party di kolam renang untuk anak2 dan boleh juga utk free peminjaman sepeda dan sepatu roda ketika CFD di hari minggu pagi. Kami sangat berterima kasih kepada Kak Zaneta, Zamara (FO), Tim GRO, Kak Feri (Welcome Trainee) utk surprise cake birthday, dan khususnya juga kepada Kak Florence (Makaron Staff) yang sangat ramah melayani kami dan seluruh staff Pullman Jakarta Thamrin 🙏😍 Kami akan kembali liburan disini ketika liburan sekolah

Still a good business hotel in the city

Stayed two times within a month and both stays were excellent. Everyone was nice and polite and the hotel remains our favourite in Jakarta. Other than the street noise for the road facing room in the Executive Tower our stays were smooth and pleasant. The hotel swicthed us after one night to the inward facing room and it was much better. Special mention to the Executive Lounge team; Gilang, Reta, Dimas and Jenny. All of them took good care of us and it was pleasure to be served by them.

Terrible Experience: "Double" Charged

This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had while staying away from my hometown. To my utter disbelief, I was forced to pay "double" the expected amount because the staff, Rara and Suci, informed me on August 25th at 10:45 that tiket.com had not covered the booking fee. As a result, I had to pay an additional deposit of around 250 USD, despite already having made a payment via Online Travel Agent. This situation was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of. I can confidently say that I will never use this service again after such a disappointing ordeal.
