Jannah under house keeping was friendly, caring and working with commitment + fast. She great you well, ask your permission before doing any house keeping, very observant and ask you if you need help while she is doing the house keeping. She is a great asset to Pullman Jakarta Indonesia.

Staying in many accors hotel in Jakarta prior but a first at Pullman thamrin. The property is old and in dire needs for refurbishment But what makes my stay memorable is the hotel team member right from the check in up to the daily housekeeping Special shout out to Jannah who is by far the most courteous and polite housekeeper who keep the room immaculate despite the aging room Always showing the brightest smile and it just make my day. Keep up your good work Jannah

A good experience to meeting at the Pullman hotel with a strategic location and good service, complete facilities, clean rooms, good decoration, thanks to the very attentive Mr. Heri, Mr. Bayu and Mr. Cecep the cleverness in helping me and team. Very recommended for meeting & accomodation.

Excellence service as special in Lounge Service , thank you for ZAMARA ADN GILANG . Also room and food very nice and delicious . Lay out of business area is nice The room was great, and thank you so much for the upgrade and also all the staff was friendly, helpfull and kind. The location was streategic in the middle of the city, closed by mrt, shopping mall, culinary places. This is one of the best hotel
