The service from the crew was beyond our expectation. Started from Ms. Ajizzah that reached out personally prior to our arrival, helpful check in and out process by Ms. Stefanny & Mr. Aby, as well as personal greeting from Mr. Nirwan. Special thank you to Ms. Syarifah, Ms. Tasya, and Ms. Netty for duck drawings in the room that made my family so excited.

I stayed at the Pullman Thamrin from the 11th to 14th February 2025 for business. Everything was fine till I checked out. As is the standard practice, the hotel held IDR2million on my credit card for any incidentals at check in. However, 2.5 weeks later, the amount has not been cancelled and is still (as of today) showing on my CC statement. Having checked with my bank here in Hong Kong, I was informed that the cancellation by the hotel at checkout was unsuccessful. I called up the hotel 3 times, explained the situation and asked for proof of cancellation. Till date, no proof has been provided and no response from the hotel. So in order to stop any money leaving my account, I requested that my Bank open a case. Moral of story: please check your account to make sure that any monies held are cancelled. Needless to say, I am disappointed by the lack of follow up from the hotel and would strongly recommend that the hotel be black listed from future business trips.

We were staying in Pullman for watching a music concert in GBK. The hotel is located in Thamrin which is the perfect location with various options of transportation. It's a very easy access to the MRT as well. We had the room in the new tower and it's spacious and clean. Breakfast is amazing! It has various options and all taste very good. Staffs are friendly and experienced. Thank you to Bapak Pur, the bellman who assist us during our check out day. He's very helpful and doing extra mile for us. We will definitely come back.

The exec rooms are worth upgrading to, large spacious and super clean. Service in the exec lounge is superb from Karen and Ryan. Very attentive and chef Agus makes beautiful dishes All the staff are friendly and want to help, a great hotel experience
