Saya adalah member all accor platinum, keteika checkin di pullman saya minta untuk early checkin namun saya harus menunggu sampe jam 2 siang Sehingga saya harus menukar kamar saya yang semula city view berikut kamar upgrade beserta ruang tamu menjadi pool view tanpa ruang tamu. Saat itu sy membutuhkan ruang tamu karena akan menerima tamu di kamar namun semua berantakan karena saya lama menunggu checkin dan kamar diganti walaupun dgn level yang sama namun tanpa ruang tamu yang saya butuhkan untuk bicara privasi bersama rekanan saya

sejujurnya agak berharap lebih ya karena udah lama pengen nginep disini. dateng jam 16.30an dengan harapan ga perlu nunggu lagi, ternyata harus nunggu karena kamar aku otomatis kena upgrade. Dengan santainya mba mbanya bilang, kalau gamau nunggu kamarnya, dapetnya yang ga kena upgrade ya. Sugarcoating dikit kekk bahasanya sama customer :). Kunci dapet pun, ya dikasi gitu aja (orangnya beda sama yang pertama sih). Pasww Wifi biasanya dijelasin dulu, ini engga. Yawdalah naik aja. Telp operator aja buat nanya loginnya. Pas dapet kunci, agak kaget sii ternyata kamarnya ngadep belakang. Buat apa heyy bayar 1,5juta dapetnya pemandangan mobil sendiri, udah kaya di rumah aja. Tapi udah terlalu malas untuk protes. Pas bfast, baru disitu tuhh anak makan tapi harus bayar setengah harga. Katanya sih emang karena aku pakai voucher accor. Kecuali memang ordernya free breakfast, baru deh anak anak kehitung. Tapi sejauh ini, baru ini yang ga bisa negotiable, harus bayar pokoknya. (pernah kaya gini pun tinggal motong voucher saya lagi). Pun ditagihkan bayarnya aku masih makan (selow aja gaksih nanti juga keluar lewat kasir lagi). Mau kabur juga kejar aja ke kamar zzzz. Ga ketemu di kamar ya data saya di kalian kan, telpon aja kalau emang ga bayar. Mana pas banget denger meja sebelah pas ditempatkan duduknya, dijelaskan ada makanan apa makanan apa gt2. Paling sebel liat perlakuan berbeda ke customer hih Kayanya bakal mikir 2 kali sih buat nginep sini lagi. Sebel tapi udah males protes2.

Lokasi menginap yang strategis di pusat kota, kamar cukup nyaman, interior kamar nampak old, sarapan sangat enak. Sana Sini Resto really recommend. So far so good semoga next bisa ada kegiatan anak yang lebih menyenangkan dan untuk jam check in bisa tepat waktu pukul 15.00 jadi tamu tidak perlu menunggu hingga 15.30 atau lebih untuk check in.
