It was a very comfortable stay. The level of service and friendliness was amazing the moment you arrive. The hotel was beautiful. I was impressed with Fit and Spa. They have steam room, sauna and soak tub, on top of a good size pool and gym. I did not have to go to a commercial one where i am already a member. The minus side is that the gym is open concept. Can be clearly seen on the way to the pool. And that directions could be placed to direct to the location. Room was good. All was well. Mini fridge could be colder. The air con does not go above 24°C no matter how you adjust. So i slept with aircon switced off.. too cold. The hassle overall, was the bag checks you go through. At the street entrance where your bag need to be opened, and hotel door for electronic scan. Imagine with your shopping done and having to do all these, each time you return after going out.

I had an awesome staycation on the last weekend. Staying with kid and having a baby was a challange esp long line upon check in. Special thanks to Lobby Manager her name is Meiske, when I queue and saw me carrying a baby for check in, she approached me to have a sit at the sofa close to reception counter. She got me some cold tea and cookies for me. It was small things but it really made my day so special. She noticed me that I need help ☺

My mom and I arrived early at the hotel. Pak Maulana helped us right away with our luggages. Due to our early arrival, our room was not ready but luckily we were able to use the Spa to relaxed after long travel. After a nice relaxing time getting a massage, we were able to checked in. The room is great, just need a little TLC. Curtains a bit dirty, some wall and ceiling are a bit dusty. However, Pak Kistomo, our room attendant, came daily and did a great job on everything else (making sure we have our water, tidy up everything else). Our room rate included with breakfast at Sana Sini. I love the varieties from Indonesian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, American food, full of pastry bar, fresh juice bar and fruit bar and they were good! Although everyone from Sana Sini's team are very nice and always greeted us with a smile. I would like to say big Thank You to Pak Aap... he is very knowlegeable on the food, he would make sure my mom and I always have enough coffee or maing sure we have enough food. thank you for arranging a birthday wish sang by Sana Sini crew. it was very memorable. Sadly, after 7 night staying at the Pullman hotel, we had to leave. This hotel has a great location. If you have friends all over Jakarta, this location is the "easiest" location to meet. Nearby Plasa Indonesia, Grand Indonesia, Sarinah. I also wanted to say Thank you to Pak Mulana at the concierge that has been helping us with everything we need. He has been very helpful, ramah and make our lives much more easier. Thank you Pullman Thamrin team. Excellent service and will defnitely will return.

I had an unpleasant experience with my check-in process, especially with the manager Angeline Meiske. I had book through booking.com and supposed to pay upon checkin. Unfortunately i lost my wallet in the airport (along with my credit cards). I asked my brother to come and pay for me (he lives in Jakarta) and it was going to take him an hour. I asked to be allowed to checkin and pay an hour later when my brother arrives, and this was declined so i asked to speak to the manager to explain my situation. The manager came out, with stern face. I told her i lost my wallet and that my brother would come soon. Also my credit card details was actually captured in the website for cancellation fee if i didnt show up. She showed no sympathy, and said that while i wait for my friend to arrive i am allowed to use hotel facility like the lobby. Obviously Meiske didn’t listen to me, i told her my brother is coming yet twice she said “you can only checkin when your friend arrive and pay”. I never once mentioned any friend. She gave the impression that she was worried i was not going to be able to pay. She kept on saying that hotel have no guarantee of payment from me so this is not possible to be done. Clearly myself and my big luggage will be able to runaway from hotel easily. All i asked was an hour to keep my stuff in the room first and rest a bit after having my wallet lost. She offered no sympathy, no apologetic tone or sentence, not at all what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Very disappointing. I hope Pullman will hire a more friendly staff or at least educate them on how to provide service, and also hire people who keep in mind that the hotel guests are the one who is paying for their salary-not her arrogant tone. Bell boy and restaurant staff are nice, so to be fair, they have given good service. Hotel room is clean and spacious but weird design of bathroom makes it very cramped. My 1-star is especially for Meiske

Good facilities - especially for business. Great choice at breakfast. Jannah in housekeeping was very helpful and competent. Service in bar and cafe could have been quicker - restaurant service was good.
