The receptionist is so nice and is always willing to help! I really appreciate that. And the location of the hotel is perfect, it is nearly the heart of the city. There is Starbucks downstairs and it’s near all the tourist attractions that I wanna visit.

Very friendly front of house, Baby was attentive. I arrived at 10.45am and it was a smooth early check-in process. Very clean facilities and great location, was dropped off in front of the hotel from the airport. Near to Gambir station and lots of stalls nearby
