The service was good a shout out to Nhu who cleaned the rooms well and attended to our needs. Reception was cold i told them i hvsr book 2 rooms under platium avcor but was goven 2 foc breakfast.pther accor hotels we stayed im hanoi gave us all 3 complementary breakfast. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, although at times we felt they could have been more attentive to guests’ needs and expectations. The food was delicious, both at dinner and breakfast, and the breakfast buffet offered a particularly good variety of options. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay did not meet the standards we would expect from a hotel of this level. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, particularly the toilet, where there were visible urine stains when we arrived. The quality of the toiletries, especially the shower gel and shampoo, was also poor and left our skin and hair extremely dry. The water quality in Sapa certainly does not help, but better-quality products could help compensate for this. The shower also seemed poorly maintained, with very weak water pressure due to a significant buildup of limescale on the showerhead. We also found the rules around the swimming pool inconsistent. Guests using the pool are asked to change their slippers for hygiene reasons, which is perfectly understandable. However, people who simply come in to take photos are allowed to walk around wearing outdoor shoes. This makes the hygiene policy difficult to understand and feels unfair to guests who are asked to follow the rules. The restaurant service also lacked coordination. We ordered a starter and a main course, but only after finishing our starter were we told that our main course was unavailable. After expressing our disappointment, the dish somehow became available a few minutes later, which left us rather confused. Finally, after paying for dinner, we received a call in our room at around 9 p.m. informing us that the restaurant had forgotten to charge us for the wine. We were asked whether someone could come to our room so that we could sign the additional bill, even though we were already getting ready for bed. We felt this could have been handled more discreetly and professionally without disturbing guests late in the evening. Overall, our stay was affected by an accumulation of issues involving cleanliness, maintenance, and service coordination. This is particularly unfortunate because the hotel itself is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the staff is genuinely friendly. With greater attention to detail and more consistent service, the experience could better reflect the standard expected from a hotel of this level.

Excellent location if you’re running VMM, and a very stylish hotel with comfortable, well-designed rooms. The staff were generally friendly and the food was good. The main disappointment was the service in the bar and restaurant. The staff would really benefit from better hospitality training, particularly around how to interact with guests. Some of the mannerisms and behaviour came across as quite rude, even if this was not intended, and it didn’t match the standard you would expect from a hotel like this. The food itself was enjoyable, but very overpriced for the portion sizes, which were surprisingly small. Overall, a lovely hotel in a great location, particularly for VMM, but the restaurant and bar service needs improvement.

I was disappointed on the room ventilation which has been informed few times and yet the receptionist told us that it has been fixed. Such a 5 star hotel but the service didn’t perform as it. Besides that, the hotel receptionist do have our mobile no (WhatsApp) that can contact us or message us about the update but there’s no action at all. This should be improve with such a delicate service.

Beautiful Hotel, almost like a cruise ship. Conveniently located near the central plaza and right next to the funicular station. It took me two days to see everything IN the hotel itself. The Bensley design is truly Exceptional. I don’t know how they keep all that glass clean, but they do. Room was functional and balconies are accessible. Nespresso. Helpful, friendly staff. The only sour note was the breakfast service that strained to keep up at full capacity. I will definitely stay here again.
