Our Sapa luxury hotel wedding venues range from an Art Deco-inspired ballroom for grand celebrations to an atmospheric courtyard for intimate gatherings. Our planners manage every detail, with on-site dining, wellness and accommodation for your guests.
Location and look of hotel is terrific. Some amazing photo opportunities inside and out. Breakfast was just ok and an egg station in the middle of the room and nowhere near the rest of the food (a very strange set up). Staff; some were good and some were average. A special mention to Ha who was very helpful.

This will forever be one of my most memorable hotel visits ever. From arriving at the door to be greeted and assisted with luggage to the most opulent rooms and outstanding food and drink areas, it delivered on every level. The location is incredible and gives direct access to the fransipan mountain transport. We had the most amazing stay. After the exertion of climbing to the very top the perfect place to unwind and relax is the hotel pool, the like of which I have never seen before and probably never will! I hope i will make it back there one day!

I’ve already emailed your global team about the response when requesting a corner room so I won’t waste my time repeating that.
Our first morning we went to breakfast at 7.30am and then used our WOW pass to be guided by your staff to the funicular at around 8.30am. We returned around 2.30pm to discover our room had not been cleaned. We had to call to ask for it to be cleaned and went to the pool area to wait. This is appalling. We returned and while the bed was loosely made, not tucked in, the empty trash we left neatly remained in the room.
On our third and final morning at breakfast a staff member shouted at my wife after trying to order two coffees. My wife felt humiliated and did not want to cause a scene. We swiftly left. I understand staff are under a lot of pressure but we are not rude or demanding, we love hospitality and the selflessness of the staff usually but you’ve disappointed us and our first experience with Accor puts us off ever returning to a venue owned or run by Accor.
I don’t understand beyond the location & design of the hotel, how you’ve managed to secure a Michelin key, and whoever is running the venue needs reviewing against what they’re asking their staff to do because there’s only one trolley and two cleaners working all day and night trying to get around rooms and you missed ours for over 6 hours in full knowledge we were out of the hotel, and your restaurant staff snapped.

There are sone hassles such as always issues us with 2 towels, given that we have added another pack in the room with additional charges. No extra efforts for the night shift receptionist who notices that guest asking for early checking due to early arrival from Hanoi via the sleeper bus. The staff should have took down the number and contact the guest when the room is available for check in, not waited until 2pm official check-in time and trying to check physically at the counter if the room is ready.

The property is very good. The location is at the centre. However the noise from the crowd kept disturbing intermittently during the daytime.
I was told during the checkin that the room with internal gallery with the mountains will be allocated but I was not assigned as promised. A bit of disappointment!

We were surprised on how luxurious the hotel is. The reception, the room, the bar, the restaurant and the pool, cannot fault it, we were in awe as soon as we walked in the hotel. Highly recommended.

The location is top notch, and so is the property. The staff was very helpful. The only two problems I faced that despite being an Accor Gold member, I didn't get an early checkin nor a late checkout.
Also, there were no halal food options which I feel like would've helped make the property a bit more inclusive. While I'd definitely visit again, wanted to point these things out
