Two single bed were joined together to make it into a double bed. But there is still a groove in between the two single bed. It was difficult to sleep. Breakfast, i was ushered into the "tour group" area (maybe because i am asian?) instead of the other area where the other non-tour group was presented. There were not sufficent food at this "tour group) dinning area. Nearer to the end of my breakfast, i was noticed by a staff and I was politely offered to go back to the main area later by another staff but i think it was already too late.

You made a reservation in the morning at 9 a.m we were almost full, but we managed to find you a room. We can understand that the type of room you slept in may not suit everyone, however the rooms with a queen size bed were no longer available that's why you stayed in a room with a single twin bed. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your visit at the breakfast area, this does not reflect the quality of our service. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we even though it did not meet your expectations. The hotel is fairly new and the staff is very friendly. The Privilège Room was very nice, clean and modern. There is nothing to complain and from that point of view my expectations were exceeed. 2 small points I may highlight: - the small shower (not the rainfall shower) dripped were the hose is connected to the showerhead. I informed reception on the morning of my 2nd day (23rd of May 2024). The receptionist was very friendly, apologized and informed me that the issue would be fixed. When I returned to my room in the evening after a long run, the issue as not resolved - the gym is small. That is ok but there seems to be no AC and after a little bit of running it turns into a sauna. After running 5 km I decided to stop and went outside to run another 7 km in the industrial estate but with much better temperatures.
