Ohne of my best experience in the Business Launch. The personal was very friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome. The food was excellent and the selection of food and beverages was very good. Besides the hotel room was very nice with an excellent view of the marine region. The bed was excellent.

The Fairmont Singapore is highly recommended to anyone coming to Singapore. To top off this experience we met the one and only James, who took our phots in the lobby. James topped off our experience with his friendly bright nature, making not only the Fairmont a 5-star experience but also James a 5-star experience.

Excellent service by James Deeply touched by James service, he took care of us so well, within mins he already knew my son’s name, and he can also address us by my husband’s surname, we would definitely be back for such 5 stars service! And he can take great photos too!

This is our favourite hotel in Singapore - wonderful service and being attached to a shopping centre is really convenient. We also love the design of the bathroom, the bed is comfy and huge, the room has a ‘relax’ light setting that’s awesome, and the drinking water tap in-room is super convenient too.

5⭐hotel, considerate n thoughtful staff. Full amenities with Nespresso n water dispenser. Comfortable bed with firm pillows Had anniversary here so they set up free, nice decor with cake. Marine Bay facing room has nice views. Large shower with proper chair for elders. Giang of housekeeping helpful providing attentive service. James from Fairmont Gold gave caring attention to guests in lobby. Coz adjacent to shopping arcades, guests can buy many items n eat in numerous different food outlets without going elsewhere even though there's a major mrt station in basement n bus routes close by. Overall a delightful convenient 5 ⭐hotel, highly recommended for carefree stay.
