We had an excellent family stay at Fairmont Singapore. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its prime location right in the heart of the city. With direct access to the MRT and shopping malls, getting around Singapore was extremely convenient, even while traveling with children. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it well suited for a family stay. The overall facilities and maintenance were of a very high standard. The service truly stood out, and special recognition goes to Meng Liang for his warm, professional, and attentive hospitality. His support made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Fairmont Singapore to families looking for a comfortable and well-located city hotel.

Jest and Zhi Qi from the executive lounge were extremely helpful! Fairmont had really great service and really good room layouts! We even enjoyed a nice view of MBS.

I had a wonderful massage experience with Karene. She carefully adjusted the treatment to suit my body condition, and as I prefer strong pressure, she delivered it perfectly. Karene was very attentive and even showed me a few self-massage techniques to use afterward, which I truly appreciated. It was exactly what I needed to relieve the fatigue from traveling. Highly recommended

Robert, the doorman at Fairmont Singapore, truly made our stay unforgettable. From the very first day, he welcomed us with the warmest smile and such genuine friendliness. What really stood out was how he remembered our schedule and always checked in on us—asking about our outings around Singapore and making thoughtful recommendations from his own experience. That personal touch meant so much and made us feel truly cared for, not just like guests but like familiar faces. Our stay at Fairmont was extra special thanks to Robert—his kindness, attentiveness, and warm smile made every day brighter. Exceptional service and a wonderful human being.
