My favorite place to stay in Singapore as it's right in the heart of the Bras Basah - Bugis precinct which is super convenient with malls full of shops and restaurants, hawker centres, MRT stations, and a lot of places to explore! Staff are always professional and nice. Room has decent space and clean.

mr mohammad bellman very helpful and he so dedicated work here. i suggested he get promotion in mercure

Lovely place to stay, friendly and attentive check in staff. Definitely trained to the highest standards and it showed. Great location, high quality food. Our room was perfect, comfy bed and very clean. Will return again and highly recommended.

Great location to mrt and mall.

Great location. Great value. The hotel is very near to the mall, just cross the road, you can easily access to 2 malls. In addition, the mrt is location under the mall. The local hawker store is just next to the hotel. So it is very convenient for travelers. However the stairs in the loft room is too steep. The stairs in the premium loft room is more ideal. Yanna cleans my room very well. She is very friendly, and with good manners.

Each time I stay here the staff treat me and my family with such kindness and professionalism. The restaurant is beautiful and has an amazing breakfast. The loft rooms are a must, featuring lots of space and privacy. The location is very near to the MRT, Chijmes and Kampong Glam.
