Good area and next to the mall

The hotel is well located and next to a mall. There is always food around the hours and 7-11. I find this place is accessible and interesting for business trip or leisure traveler as Bugis Road is not far away, night market and the obviously the mall. The hotel itself it’s good, been here for September and November business trips. Overall the service is good all round, people are nice and service minded. My place to stay in Singapore for sure!

I spent 5 nights during a business trip to Singapore. The hotel is very convenient close to Marina Bay and the MRT. The staff was lovely from check-in to check-out and even before my arrival helping me linking 2 bookings I had because I had to extend my stay last minute. The room is very comfortable and compact. The water pressure in the shower was the best I have had in decades. Breakfast could have a bit more western items in the buffet, especially more bread options. The swimming pool was very relaxing and helped recover from jetlag. Thank you everyone and I will be back soon!

Bad choice for birthday staycation

This is my first time staying this hotel for my birthday staycation. But was totally frustrated and disappointed. 1. Room was v small. Suitable for individual only. The room can barely fit two luggages. No space to walk. No hook for u to hang towels from shower. Shower and toilet so small till claustrophobic feel. Toilet flush not working well..no bidet spray. 2. Room windows wall are not sound proof. Alot of noise pollution from streets and alot of cars honking n road construction. Housekeeping made alot of noise while cleaning up nearby rooms early in the morning. Alot of knocking and bumping noises from surrounding rooms like till late night 3am. Hardly can get any peaceful sleep at all. I'm staying here for 9 days. Terribly regret and it's only the 3rd night here. V dissatisfied with this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Lovely in every way. Staff are professional, polite, helpful, friendly. Lobby and bar area is a nice place to just chill out and relax, or enjoy a beer and relax. Room was a two level suite, that was spotlessly clean and well equipped, the bed was on the upper floor and was comfortable. The hotel is well located and only a few minutes walk from the train station. I’d definitely recommend as a place to stay if visiting Singapore.

Comfortable room and bed. It was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was adequate and tasty for me. I had no issue with the stay in this hotel. The way to the nearest MRT station was a bit confusing to me - more so, I believe, because of the heavy rain. As part of the walk to the MRT station was through open space, I was drenched by the rain because I was rushing for time. I could not afford to wait for the rain to stop. Anyway, that is not the problem with the hotel. Just that I should have allocated more time for the journey. If not because of the rain, the Bugis MRT should be accessible much more easily.
