This is not my first stay in swissotel raffles singapore , inlke the vibes and rooms amenities are excellent and cleanlines of room is one of the best , two thumb up for house keeping team they are really excellent , room are always clean and tidy each day ! many thanks !!

Stayed five nights in a harbour view high floor room. The view over Marina Bay is spectacular. First time visitors to Singapore should always choose this room type. The hotel is well located with MRT and Raffles City mall directly underneath. There is a self-Check-in but staff are always available to assist. As an Accor platinum member, we had access to the lounge on level 65. The staff are amazing, especially Cheary, ZhiQi and Rhea who looked after us over the five days. The director of guest relations, Eddy Tan, is an asset to the hotel. Eddy goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay possible. She made our stay like a second home. Looking forward to returning soon.

I thought I chose a Swissotel well in Singapore where I visited for the second time to celebrate my mother's birthday. All the staff were friendly from the time we arrived at the hotel until we checked in, and the scent from the lobby was not too excessive we liked it because it felt fresh. we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the lounge on the 65th floor with a wonderful sunset of Singapore, and we were satisfied with the neat breakfast the next morning. Above all, I was able to enjoy the beautiful view of Marina Bay thanks to the skilful handling of the staff Mr. Hyun. Thank you Mr. Hyun for giving us unforgettable memories for the rest of our life. Not only hotel facilities, but also hotel accessibility, and travel to nearby commercial districts and tourist attractions were all appropriate and convenient. Everything was perfect. If I have a chance, I would like to visit again.

Very family friendly and the hotel staff are extremely helpful. A special shout out to Gui He who provided excellent service. Very convenient location, shopping mall and MRT are just downstairs. Will book again if I'm back to Singapore in future.

The Swissotel Stamford is the perfect place to stay in Singapore. Located above the City Hall MRT it allows easy access to all parts of the island. Our Room was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and with a stunning view of the harbour...simply mesmerising! We thoroughly enjoyed the Executive Lounge during our 8 night stay. Staff were all friendly and attentive.
