We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ibis On Belcoonen. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. 2 night stay and each night we enjoyed drinks and dinner in the restaurant. The wait staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks Veronica, Noel and Prabu for your service. We’ll be back early Nov.

My mum ( on wheelchair) and brother are the regular lunch patrons in TASTY Restaurant. Special thanks to the follow staff who makes their dinning experience a warm one . Mr Lee Wun Hwa (F&B Manager) Thank you for your swift attention by leading us to our table with welcoming greeting at always . Setting up of my table by getting our warm water , lemon slices and taking our lunch request by making suggestions and our special request. Ensure that our cutlery are well in placed. Cross check on us to ensure that we are having good amount of food . Mr Lee is friendly and approachable despite he is the manger. Mr Smith ( Service Assistant ) Assisted my mum to the handicapped toilet and helped to push her back to her dinning table in absence of my brother. Swiftly run to the entrance of the hotel by providing a helping hand to open the door for my son & me ( on wheelchair ) with pleasant greetings.

My recent stay at ibis Singapore on Bencoolen had its ups and downs. While the early check-in was a nice gesture and much appreciated, the overall experience left much to be desired. Pros: Early Check-In: The hotel accommodated our early arrival, which was very convenient and appreciated after a long journey. Cons: Birthday Celebration: Despite informing the hotel in advance that we were celebrating my father's birthday, there were no special arrangements or gestures to mark the occasion. This was quite disappointing and made the stay feel less special. Housekeeping: The rooms were cleaned only once during our 3-night, 4-day stay. Even after reaching out to reception regarding the lack of service and unclean towels, we were assured that fresh towels would be sent to our room immediately. Unfortunately, we never received them. Vegetarian Options: The restaurant manager showed no initiative in providing vegetarian options during breakfast. This lack of consideration made our breakfast experience quite challenging. Welcome Drink: The welcome drink, which was wine, was served to us in a takeaway glass as the restaurant was about to close. This felt quite rushed and impersonal. Overall, while the early check-in was a positive aspect of our stay, the lack of attention to our special occasion, inadequate housekeeping, limited vegetarian options, and the rushed service of the welcome drink were significant letdowns. I hope the hotel takes these points into consideration to improve the experience for future guests

Regarding the birthday arrangement, we did arrange for decorations in the room to make the occasion special. We regret if this did not meet your expectations. For room cleaning, as mentioned during check-in, we provide room makeup based on request. However, we apologize for not delivering the towels as requested. Concerning vegetarian options, we offer 16 hot dishes for breakfast, with an average of 8 to 10 being vegetarian plus a salad and fruit bar. Basic facilities. Pros - great location, good price, clean, water fountains on every floor to refill water bottle, wifi good, good gym facilities, bed fine. Cons - room is small, breakfast ordinary, no balcony, bathroom could do with an update.

I could not fault this hotel. It's in a great location for shopping around Bugis. The bed was very comfortable with adjustable air con as well. I also had the breakfast buffet which was fine with lots of choices. It was a busy hotel with a good vibe and the service was good. I will stay again.
