First time staying at Fairmont as recommended by a friend that the hotel was just opened after COVID-19. The service: all you can expect from the 5 star places The room: under maintained for the price. See pics. The shower: everything was fine apart from the hot shower that didn't work during my first night so I emailed the team and they fixed it before I returned to the room. Great attention! The breakfast: full of variety! you can find hummus and dimsum in one place even though they are doing better with asian options. Please be sure to take the jamun shot for your immune boost. I wish that the bakery section could be improved; too few options even with the frozen croissants. The breads were hard and dry as if there's no gluten. Coffee was ok though. Verdict: there are other options to consider in the same price range.

This was my second stay at the Fairmont Jakarta, and once again everything about this hotel is absolutely superb. Beautiful lobby, spacious room, excellent club lounge, and (despite the jet lag) I was able to sleep soundly given the ultra-luxurious bedding and quiet room. The bathroom and towels also were opulent, and just lovely. The best part - a high quality exercise mat in the room! Love that!! Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and staff.

Five Star Feels Like Two Star Hotel

I booked fairmont for an office event yesterday. We agreed to allocate rooms to guests at 2pm, but in actual fairmont hand out all the keys almost at 9pm! Many of our guests are from out of town so they are annoyed because they have to wait a long time. I asked to the staff the reason and they said it was because they overbooked! how come a famous hotel like fairmont didn’t have a right system to manage their hotel’s booking? I have to stand at the receptionist to make sure they work properly for almost 2 hours. other than overbooked, they took soooo much time bcs they only have 1 computer to operate and distribute the room which the computer is soooo slow please laaah five star hotel upgrade your computer and equipment?! only 1 computer with slow ram, only 1 card reader for NFC for almost 190 rooms distribution!!!! please consider if you want to book for a big event here

my stay (1 paid stay and 1 stayplus) was very smooth and seamless from Check in (assisted by Pak Diki), breakfast was with great selection of food, good room upgrade to a Suite (with kitchen), and all staffs were very friendly. upon checkout, i received my Status Night very briefly (which is good). however, i waited for my second Status night (on Stayplus) which never came. So i called the hotel and query about this since i have already added additional paying night to it. The operator (named Dwi Lestari) tried to explain information that does not really meet the definition of Stayplus on T&C. so, i replied that i would like to talk & discuss further with the Loyalty manager since i believe the Loyalty Manager will understand this better rather than Ms Dwi lestari. i further explained that i will wait for the Loyalty Manager explanation since this is not my first time using Stayplus and Ms Dwi Lestari replied me (in a very rude way) that this is also not Fairmont Jakarta's first time handling Stayplus so she is sure she is right. do you understand that this is a rude way of replying to a member? Dwi Lestari is not aware that i am Platinum member. Is this the normal standard of Fairmont Jakarta staff of replying to customer? my stay was very great and seamless but Ms Dwi Lestari ruined everything. Ms Dwi Lestari did not apologize for what she said and she feels it is fine (by her tone of saying by emphasizing that this is not Fairmont Jakarta first time handling Stayplus). In conclusion, dont stay at Fairmont jakarta. many other Accor hotels in Jakarta which can provide great services and great staffs too.

Best business hotel in Jakarta. Always feel like being at home coming back to Fairmont Jakarta. Service and hospitality is amazing, special thanks to Evelyn from Golden lounge who is bringing special care and attention! Last but not least food is great!
