From start till end was amazing. All the staffs are very well trained and we have enjoyed a lot. Especially Gold lounge was great. Daily menu has different theme so we didnt get bord. Swimming pool also not cold so we enjoyed our swimming. Room was spacious and cozy. It was right next to the road but ver well noise cancelled. We will definately stay again.

we came in a hectic day because it's the first of eid mubarak holiday. we got trouble in getting our room ready that made our first impression is not quite good. But we understand that it's because of the lack of staff to anticipate so many guest. But later, the response of the staff ( especially Dinda ), the room, the amenities and atmosphere of the hotel covered it all. It made our stay is so memorable and great. Truly, it's one of the best hotel, not only in jakarta but in every places we had visited. For sure we will be back and we can't wait for that time. Thanks Fairmont Jakarta

A well located 5 star hotel in a nice part of South Jakarta. Clearly it is a well manged hotel with high standards of staff training. The connection to the open spaces of the nearby Stadium complex and quality shopping centres is a bonus. Will definately be returning on future visits to Jakarta.

Booked a 6 nights stay during the Hari Raya holiday. Check-in was speedy and our rooms were ready. The hotel opened breakfast area in their ballroom. This was a very smart move as their restaurant (Spectrum) was full and overwhelmed by the number of diners. Unfortunately, there are rooms for improvements, especially in the housekeeping department. The housekeeping service was inconsistent throughout the stay. Most of the time, they fail to provide enough bottled water and bath towels. On one of the days, I suddenly received additional blanket in the room (but I never asked for one). Also, there seems to be a shortage of face towels during the stay. The bed linens also need to be replaced, mine has holes in them.

You will not regret staying here!

Perfect as usual, my favourite hotel in Jakarta, never disappoint! Friendly team, helpful staff, wonderful room, comfortable bed, great facilities, fantastic breakfast, K22 bar with the best view, just fantastic! I have stayed here many times, and trust me, Fairmont Jakarta is consistently 10/10!
