Comfy enough for a short trip

The room is comfy enough, but the lighting in the sink area is terrible, especially when I'm trying to shave. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of the city, especially at night. The food is just okay if you order from the menu, but the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, and the rooms and public areas are kept clean.

Good View restaurant with a lot variation of food, and the taste was really good, the service also humble and nice, the room that we stay are so clean, smell good, and tidy. and the coffee taste is really good, with fresh food that all still warm, the service from indah and amanda was really helping me. would be back another time!

Fast Service and help to check in without extra charges. Salsa and Rosa very great staff and willing to check in early without any extra charges and help to store our luggage while they check the room availability. She ask if we want smoking room or not. And help us to check the room

Superior room is just nice. Clean room on 4th floor. Breakfast is good and usually have western, local and indian. Also have salads. Sky view is nice for their dining place at rooftop. Good hotel if you want to be near to train. Also walking distance to grand indonesia and plaza indonesia. Staff is helpful and nize including Amanda

Overall everything is good and great. Room is super cozy and clean. The food for breakfast is also superb and all the staffs are super friendly and helpful especially Amanda at the restaurant. Hotel location is very strategic. 10-15 mins walk to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Add 5 mins to the walk and you’ll arrive at Thamrin City. It’s a great walk because a lot of other locals are also walking with you. There’s also an interchange train station next to the hotel. You can also use MRT to Plaza Indonesia which is only 1 station away. And there’s a direct line to the airport.
