All the service was good, the room is clean. I went to restaurant for breakfast and The food was delicious. Waitress named silvi, was help me to make a coffee and she so friendly and responsive. Definitely will come again when i have spare time.

Nginep disini nyaman banget, thank you for the chef mr. arvid for the best breakfast experience, me and my couple really appreciate it, we will still choose this one on our next trip❤️ and maybe will bring more relatives to join us to enjoy the hotel's.

This hotel is good, cozy, and near with my office if we trip for business in jakarta, all employee here is very helpfull, especially Maulida, she is good hospitality for guest, I have one suggest for this hotel I think internet here should be upgrade more high speed bandwidth, maybe I recomend use a Biznet Internet Service Provider, because that is the best internet service provider in Indonesia

hotel is very nice & good place. staff is always smile and humble to serve. room cleaning good cleanliness & taking care with guest espesially thank's for mas lutfi & mas khilal. so far well excited for staying, keep consistance for the hospitality

Bad experince while check in with Receptionist named Hendru, other crew is well,breakfast is good and thank you for good service from miss Maulida, room is clean and comfy,sorry for my bad rate because your receptionist attitude make me disappointed and gave me bad experience here.
