Very smooth check in process, staff are friendly. The hotel located in good location and easy to get here. Coffee shops are available near hotel. Will recommend this hotel to family and friends and definitely will come back again in the future.

Stay here for 1 night only. Got a junior suite room. The room was spacious for a mid budget hotel. The food was good, with plenty of choice. The location is near a train station, so you can still hear some sound from train station until around 10pm every day. So if you are sensitive with the sound, then it is better to bring some ear plug

Just checking in October 2024 the lady at the front desk was rude not hospitable at all for someone who choses to work at this industry. Room isn’t clean inspected, phone cable is broken, internet isn’t working, front desk isn’t happily helping you with the problem, water dispenser on the hallway is always empty and you have to let them know to change it often times, I have to repeatedly ask the house keeper to refill the soap dispenser at my bathroom. Breakfast is just okay, under staff to cover breakfast time, tables are messy at the restaurant at breakfast time cause they don’t clear up the dirty plates at Bfast , they don’t top up or replace the food on the buffet… over all for me as long staying guest, it is very bad experience to stay here

The most strategic accommodation in Thamrin, Central Jakarta. Close to various modes of transportation such as MRT, TransJakarta, KRL makes it very easy to do activities. Also suitable for holidays because it is on the Car Free Day route. Super friendly service, clean rooms, fragrant corridors. The view is also good. Top!
