"We had a wonderful time here at Pullman. The hotel was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch throughout our stay. A special thank you goes to our housekeepers for Room #912, Jannah and Nurul. They were so attentive to our needs and always ready to help with a smile. We were especially delighted by how they made up our room so beautifully every day—the extra creative touches were a highlight of our trip! The foods are excellent. We had an enjoyable dinner. We were served by 3 excellent and friendly waiters Kiki, Kristin and Anwar. They even prove us with nice blankets when we told them we felt cold.

My stay at Pullman Hotel has been delightful! All the staff members have been particularly helpful and very friendly, especially Romi. He is so kind and is a great house keeper. My room is always immaculately clean and everytime we see each other down the hallway, we have very pleasant conversations together. He always asks me if I need anything for the room and is happy to provide whatever I need!
