This is high class hotel. The facilities, staff and restaurant are amazing. From the moment I walked in and to the moment I left the hotel I was treated as VIP. Breakfast is very tasty and plentiful. Pick up from airport and transportation to the company were arranged by the concierge even before I entered the country. The cleanliness of my room was at a high standard. Particularly I would like to mention Yulan and Rahman, who made cutest animals from the towels (dog and rabbit). It brought smile to my face. I will stay here again during my next trip.

The room is always clean, thanks to the housekeeper Ms. Yulan. Strategic location. And even though the room is facing the main road, the noise level is just fine.

Nice & clean place. The staff were friendly. Mas Kiki & Mba Riza helped my family. They are communicative & friendly people. Food was delicious! It wasn’t noisy but rather a calming space so the atmosphere was quite relaxing.

Nice hotel near Plaza Indonesia

Had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 1 night thru Accor Apps as ALL platinum member. Hotel mentioned 1 room will be upgraded to Junior Suite.but seems like there's not much dif between upgraded and non upgraded rooms. In fact, the deluxe rooms seems nicer and even have a small walk-in wardrobe. Anyway, its ok for just 1 night. Hotel was refurbished from very old hotel, but u can't fault anything with the upgrade done. Walking distance to nearby malls, which is good. Executive lounge cocktail hours served very limited choices or beverage and food. Breakfast selection is huge and comparable to Fairmont Jakarta. Special mentioned to conceige staff, Rizky, who was very helpful during our check in, as we have few luggages and no one other than him, is interested to assist us.

I love staying at Pullman Thamrin, And it's has always been my first choice when I go to Jakarta! It's centrally located in the heart of the city, And it very accessible between customer meeting. Malls are just across the street, and restaurant is plentyful!!
