Fuss free stay. Any issues were rectified quickly. Most of our concerns and needs were addressed by Nabila, who is always approachable with a smile. Clean, colourful hotel just like the pictures. Good range of breakfast. Recommended to try the goreng pisang.

Im from room number 2009 Thank you so much, Im super happy for the service in the reception they are JUNIOR and FAJRI. I really overwhelming for stay here because they already helped me tonight. This hotel beautiful. I like the room and service, I like the house keeping guy LangLang he is such a smart acumen guy, only thing I didn’t like is the cloth hanger in the cupboard it should be horizontal not vertical room is nice colourful the most valuable thing is the wall cloth hanger it’s wow I never experienced such in other 5 stars hotels 🤣🤣🌹🌹❤️❤️

We had a very warm welcome from Junior. The checkin went super easy and fast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a top pick to stay when visiting Jakarta. We would come again any time we are here. The price is great and the accommodation is very central. Thank you for having us!

“I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Tanah Abang. Mr. Junior at the front desk made me feel right at home with his friendly and helpful service. The room was stylish and comfortable, breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the location was perfect for exploring. Highly recommended for a memorable visit!”
