Excellent in all aspects in terms of both hardware & software. I am really impressed with the attention to details and addressed by name throughout in the Raffles Lounge. Thank you to Head Butler Fachrul for making me feel welcome during my short stay in the property! Very good recognition for Accor Platinum members, including room upgrade & access to Raffles Lounge. Excellent food buffet and high quality Ala carte options during breakfast and "Happy Hours" in Raffles Lounge. Staff is highly polished and spoke excellent English throughout. Room is very well-maintained, clean and comfortable, with artworks of Hendra Gunawan throughout the property and elevating the whole vibe of Raffles Jakarta. A really highly recommended stay in Jakarta and hopefully, I can be back soon!

It was a great stay indeed for our family. I pay for the Raffles room, and as the diamond ALL member - I got upgraded to suit room + extra bed. Excellent service from Pingkan, the buttler. I don't need to elaborate more on the room, Raffles suite is definitely pretty. The food & drink provided in the Raffles club was good. Great service from all staff. We spent New Year's eve at the Navina Bar. Delicious and great variety of food - fresh lobster, crab, oyster, foie grass, pasta truffle with lobster so delish.. Kids have fun in the pool. All the staff are great, buttler, in the club, restaurant, housekeeping. Really love our stay, definitely will come back!

I have stayed at numerous Raffles properties previously which informed my booking of this one. BUT this is without doubt the best of the bunch with an incredible team of staff to boot. The quiet attention to detail was outstanding, and the genuine warmth of everyone at the hotel ensured it was an incredible stay ❤️

Raffles Hotel Jakarta is amazing.. since arriving, I was assisted by Mrs. Eta, her nickname.. no complications and everything was immediately helped in our room.. when booking, we were also assisted by Mr. Ardi.. everything went well and quickly. no fuss.. Thank you for the first experience with Raffles during the New Year holidays. The only suggestion is to add more light in the bedroom because not everyone likes less light. Apart from that, everything is ok.
