The room was so spacious and the service was BEYOND. They prepared everything I requested upon my arrival and everything is just perfect. They have a private access from the hotel to the shopping mall, and this was a plus for a homebody like me. Had a chance to try the spa treatment and safe to say I'd go back if I can to try another treatments. My therapists Mbak Tika and Mbak Iin were super! Must try 😆👍🏻

This is just amazing hotel, extraordinary one. The hotel staff is extremely professional and service is excellent. The hotel has all the facilities that one can imagine. The gym and pool area are just great. I can warmly recommend the club lounge services, too.

It was a pleasant stay in a laidback city of Solo. They managed to fix my shower head after I raised it. Shout out to Stefani from the front desk for helping sort out our transport leaving Solo. She's been a huge help. One thing I think can be improved is definitely the breakfast service. It'd be great if we can be escorted to a table instead of looking for one ourselves.

I'm having a dinner at Arts Restaurant yesterday, thank you Mr. Ikram for a fantastic services. We enjoyed our dinner very much. Your staff at front desk (Ms. medina) very friendly, The staff here truly cares about their guests. They were attentive, and our server was sweet and helpful (Ms. Ayu) by the way i love the Dessert and i love the vibe of patisserie corner. I will definitely be back, keep up the good works!

Checked in and upgraded to the garden view suite king from our initial booking. The room was very big and beautiful, all the staffs are also very kind and helpful. There is a kids club and playground for children to play at. There also a free kids activity when we stayed there.
