I have a good experience when stay at Mercure Gatot Subroto for family staycation. Nice room, good food, strategic location. The hotel staff have great hospitality, give excellent service to the guest. I also got a special menu when I breakfast from Ms. Elin.

Clean room with comfy bed and full amenities. Near the lobby has nice lounge. Also hotel staffs are nice and helpful. Had ice coffee from the cafe in hotel, it was nice, but haven’t tried the food. I would like to visit again if any chance……………..

Like stay at home, room is clean dan receiptionist all is professionally served a guest. I will recommended to friends or office colleagues to stay here and also tell my family to take opportunity stay at Hotel Mercure Gatot Subroto at Jakarta

We stayed at Grand Mercure Gatot Subroto Jakarta for 3 days during my friend’s business trip.I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even striked a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpfull staffs. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

Lovely hotel with a great smell once you enter the front door - makes youf feel right at home. Morning time comes with a good breakfast. Got special treatment and special breakfast by Nabila. It was wonderful! Will definitely visit again soon.
