Makkah Clock Royal Tower A Fairmont Hotel, we stayed for our Umrah trip August 2024. Al’hamdu’lillah we stayed in Residential Suite for 11 days. It was a pleasant and beautiful stay. They gave us an upgraded room with Haram view Masha’Allah was beautiful. The suite was very spacious. The hotel have a Prayer Hall too at floor S2. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Ms Fatima had made and exceptional changes on my a day meal and they have extended for late check out too on my last day. We had our Breakfast at Restaurant Al Dira. Al’hamdu’lillah very heartfelt hospitality and thanks to all the staffs there. They have variety spread of buffet and live stations for breakfast. Very warmly welcomed by Mr Zaki, served by friendly Safourah, Hind and others staffs too. And we took our dinner at Atyaf Restaurant and Mr Ekram always greeted us with a smiling welcome. Their buffet dinner was awesome with various country style of dishes to try and with live stations with pasta, spaghetti and kebabs etc. As same goes for the staffs there too very friendly and warmly served. Thank you for giving us a pleasant stay at Makkah Clock Fairmont Hotel. In’Shaa’Allah will come back again.

The hotel is very close to Masjid al-Haram and the rooms have a stunning view to haram and Kaabah, very helpful staff who do everything to make you happy. The breakfast is varied and I can say very tasty. Thanks to the hotel staff, and especially to Ibrahim

Best service for all departments. Staff are friendly and professional!!! My experience in restaurant was awesome Sameer in atyaf restaurant was wonderful. Driss restaurant leader has the best team. You can tell he’s leading by example Thanks for all. The Hotel is well clean and organize. I will be back in chaalah

One of the best stays i have had. The view of Kaaba from my window is to die for, waking up to clear Adhan sound in the room was too sweet. I just wish i stayed for longer. Breakfast is a full day meal..we got an upgrade to to 29th floor for breakfast on the second day and the view of Makkah is breathtaking. Check in and Check out was very smooth. The Concierge team of Jamal and the team at check out went far and beyond to help us get transport to Haramain train station in minutes. I just cant fault anything from housekeeping to the food, all was perfect. Mafe our Umrah more than exciting. Thank you. We will be back In Shaa Allah.

This is the first time I’m staying in Fairmont. I really appreciate the service how people are very welcome you smiling appreciate I think this will be our hotel for the anytime we are in Makaka.
