Rooms are amazing, room service team very good, dining room is good , food quality is very nice and delicious, very unique place and the view of Kaaba is amazing,rooms are well furnished, the whole hotel is shining, help desk is always there for your assistance

Cancelled confirmed booking without notice

This hotel did not have the decency to call me and let me know that they were cancelling my reservation- with less than one week left in my trip to umrah. I was sent into a panic. I booked through ALL Accor months in advance. I put my credit card information down for booking and noticed they never charged my card but they did confirm the reservation. When booking the hotel the website said $0 due at arrival so I assumed I should be charged soon. I called them twice and they said they will send a payment link or charge on arrival. They sent me a link several days after I made my booking that I did not see. They gave me only 24 hrs to complete the payment. I never saw this email and they proceeded to cancel my reservation. This could’ve happened to anyone. I then see that my reservation is cancelled so I called them and they said due to no payment they cancelled reservation. It’s absurd that they had my card info and did not charge it to begin with but then only give me 24 hrs to pay and that too days after my booking is already confirmed. They couldn’t even offer me a room for new booking and I was forced to spend $500 more in finding a new hotel less than one week from the day I was due in Makkah. What’s worse is they didn’t even call…they don’t care about their guests being stranded. It’s all about making money. What kind of business is this. Hotels run on hospitality…not Movenpick Makkah though.

The hotel is very niiice the food is very nice as well. Nothing to xomplain at all I have the best stay at makkah The hotel is 5 mun to haram i cam with group nice and smooth entrance from hotel to harama which is the best place you can choose ever thankyou

It was a great stay The hotel was near to haram The hotel located in the clock tower nice view , the furniture in the hotel is New and i have been in the hotel before but this time was better and better The welcoming of the staff is outstanding specially Bakur the Door man

They accepted that the floor on which they gave room will be renovated-how can they charge guest for such rooms then

It took 20 minutes for the reception to do the check in process although we had requested for two suites on the same floor and there beds - the property needs renovation, especially the washroom loos very shabby and don’t look like of five star
