Nightmare-Paid for 2 rooms with 3 bed each, got totally different,

Our stay at Pullman ZamZam was terrible and very stressful. We were a family of six. Two adults and four small kids, all under ten. We booked two rooms. Each room was supposed to have three beds. Before arrival, we called the hotel many times. We asked for connecting rooms. Or at least two rooms on the same floor. We explained we have small children. We also mentioned we have a special needs child. At check in, the front desk staff member Yasir was rude and disrespectful. We felt he treated non Arabs badly. He gave us rooms on different floors on purpose. One room did not even have three beds. I begged him to fix it. He kept saying there were no rooms available. This made no sense. Our booking was prepaid. The hotel already took our money long before we arrive. We paid for two rooms with three beds each. We did not get what we booked. We stayed four nights. I went to the desk every day. I asked again and again for two rooms on the same floor with the correct beds. No one helped. No one listened. We could not leave our kids alone on a different floor. So we all slept in one room. Some of us slept on the bare floor. It was uncomfortable and upsetting. It ruined part of our family trip to Makkah. I also blame Expedia. I trusted Expedia. This booking was not handled properly. I will not use Expedia again. I will not stay at Pullman ZamZam again.
