Hotel was immaculate and extremely clean. All staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Tek from blowfish pool bar who always had a smile on his face and made us laugh guessing our orders every day, he works so hard and is professional and personable, a real asset to the team. Amazing pools, room and facilities.. loved the gym

The hotel was beautiful, stunning views and a lovely experience. We had a sea view with balcony already booked , however we were upgraded even further with a jacuzzi and studio too.. The staff were lovely and kind , Thankyou kero for your hospitality

Really lovely stay… but the sole reason to write the review is to say how amazing the gold lounge is. If you stay here the gold package is a must… the service is absolutely impeccable. Allen, Gilbert and all the others I’m sorry not to get your names were absolutely wonderful!! We miss Allen!! Thank-you for all your attention and care you truly are a wonderful team. Plus.. it is lovely, quiet and has great views. One bad part of our stay was really rude service at blowfish and also by the same team around the pool. We moved pools and didn't go back to blowfish. Also had an awful experience with the manager at Boldly Asian however the food and the rest of the staff was brilliant. The reception staff were amazing and so so helpful. Hotel in a great place and really handy to get to places. Thankyou to the Fairmont but mostly to the wonderful gold club team.

I was in Dubai for a 36-hour layover with my family and we stayed at Fairmont The Palm. Everything here was impeccable, from the beautiful contemporary design with Arabian accents to the delicious food. The location is wonderful, very close to The View and a short drive to the Dubai Marina. They have an excellent transportation service that you can get through the hotel that took us around Dubai for the day. The concierge was lovely, I can't recall her name unfortunately but she was so helpful and arranged the transfer back to the airport through Emirates and booked us a table at Nusr-et. In general, all the staff is so nice, they also confirmed the late check-out. We didn't use the pools or dine at one of their many restaurants but if the quality is that we found at Fairmont Gold on the 9th floor, you can rest assured it's great. The breakfast at Fairmont Gold was outstanding in terms of variety and quality and the service is so professional and courteous, thanks to Myint, Khali, Allen, Asis and Gilbert for the wonderful hospitality. I super recommend this hotel and will surely be back. Thank you again!

Fabulous stay! Great location to base yourself to explore Dubai. Hotel had high standards of cleanliness and was beautifully decorated. Brilliant choice for restaurants whether you want to go to the buffet or specialised restaurants, our favourite was the Asian restaurant. Great pool area. Everyone one was really friendly. If I return to Dubai I would definitely return to this hotel.
