Otelin konumundan özellikle çok memnun kaldım akşam sıkıldığımda palmiye sokakta yürüdüm upuzun yol yanımızda DJ performanslarının olması olması da çok güzeldi gece vakti yürüyüş otelin konumu çalış eğlendik bile ulaşım açısından hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım her açıdan gerçekten çok mükemmel bir oteldi benim için hayatımda ilk defa bir otelden bu kadar memnun kaldım

Otelin konumundan özellikle çok memnun kaldım akşam sıkıldığımda palmiye sokakta yürüdüm upuzun yol yanımızda DJ performanslarının olması olması da çok güzeldi gece vakti yürüyüş otelin konumu çalış eğlendik bile ulaşım açısından hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım her açıdan gerçekten çok mükemmel bir oteldi benim için hayatımda ilk defa bir otelden bu kadar memnun kaldım

Merhaba,
Biz okul tatilini bahane edip, 3 çocuğumuz ile keyifli bir tatil için otelinizi seçtik. Seçmemizin bir nedeni de eşimin doğum gününe denk gelmemizdi. otel ile yazıştıktan sonra odamızı ayırdık ve çok huzur dolu bir oda hazırlamışlar.özellikle eşimin doğum günü için çok keyifli bir hazırlık yapılmış bunun için özellikle teşekkür ederim. otelin konumu dubaide gezilecek yerlerin neredeyse tam ortada olduğu için her yeri kolaylıkla ziyaret edebildik. bizim için ailecek çok keyifli bir konaklama oldu hele en son üstüne cocuklarımızın adlarının yazıldığı ve benimle eşimin isimlerimizin baş harflerimizin yazıldığı havlıların hediye edilmesi bu konaklamada bize hatıra kalacağı için çok hoş bir düşünce.
Sadece Kahvaltının ve açık büfe yemeklerinin kalitesinin otelin genel kalitesi göz önünde bulundurulduğunda zayıf nokta olduğunu düşünüyorum. ürünlerin tazeliği ve daha organik ürünlerin seçilmesi konusunda hassasiyet göstericeğinizi düşünüyorum.

It wasn’t available all inclusive choice and meals were extremely expensive in the hotel but i was good experience for us. Qasim and Alessandra were really interested with us. They helped to us. Thank you for everything.

It was truly right place to stay and have vacation for 1 week in Dubai. My children enjoyed a lot. Cleaning process is done quickly and carried out in a professional way. The hotel staffs were so kindly and helpful for the guests. Special and sincere thanks to Mr.Johnson and Mr. Yaya Johm to support me without any hesitation for my lost shopping package. Thanks to the hotel management and all the staff for having us at such a nice hotel.

4 kişilik ailemle yarım pansiyon olarak 3 gece konakladık , oteli konumundan ve denize sıfır olmasından dolayı tercih ettik.
Vale hizmeti, Karşılama ekibi, maid, resepsiyon, restoran çalışanları, güvenlik, spa çalışanları, kısacası tüm otel çalışanlarının ilgi ve alakası çok iyidi. Mini clubdeki çalışanlara da çocuğuma olan ilgilerinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkürler.
Bu ilgi ve güleryüzden için bile bu tesisi tekrar tercih edebilirim.
Lobby, odalar, genel alanlar, restoran her yer tertemizdi.
Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri tatmin ediciydi. Akşam yemeğinde meyve ve tatlı çeşidi artırılabilir. Kahvaltıda su ve sıcak içecekler ücretsizdi. Akşam yemeğinde su dahil ücret alınıyor. Iceceklerin ücretli olduğunu ilk gün restoran girişinde söylemediler. Ikinci akşam ücretli olduğu bilgisini, restoran karşılamadaki çalışan söyledi. Önerim, en azından su akşam yemeğinde ücretsiz servis edilebilir.
Resepsiyonun 2 saatliğine ücretsiz late check out vermesini de takdirle karşıladım.
Fittnes Center büyük, makineler ve ağırlıklar tatmin edici. Dış alan havuzları ısıtmalı
Plajda, havuzda, odada ücretsiz su servisi sağlanması pozitifti.
Odam yarı deniz manzarılıydı. Oldukça geniş, bakımlı, konforlu ve kullanışlıydı. Kahve makinesi kapsüllüydü. Kettle mevcut.
Plaji beğendim.
Oda, teknoloji olarak yeni tesislere göre eski kalmış olması. Mesela telefondan smart key vb uygulama kullanamıyorsunuz. Televizyonu açmadım ama büyüklüğü odaya göre uygundu.
Konum çok iyidi, yürüyüş yolu hemen otel ile plaj arasında, boydan boya birçok noktayi gezebilirsiniz. Otel palmdeki alışveriş merkezine de çok yakın.
