Perfect family holiday topped off with an incredible swan decoration with the towels in our room by Aminul from housekeeping.

We had a wonderful experience at Sofitel The Palm Jumeirah last Nov 8-9, thanks to Rio. He kindly took us to our 2-bedroom apartment by club car and assisted us with all our baggage. Throughout the ride, he was very polite, accommodating, and attentive. He also shared helpful information about the nearest facilities and gave great recommendations on things to do around the hotel. Excellent service from start to finish — thank you, Rio, for making our stay even more pleasant!

I’m very disappointed because everything I left on my deck chairs when I was in pool disappeared! Service told me it’s because of birds.. but it 5 stars hotel.. some of them was in my bag. Sorry

Excellent hotel and location right on the beach. All the staff are wonderful and very friendly and helpful. Our appreciation to Mr Prakash, Dipa and Phyoe during breakfast time who were very engaging. Mr Prakash is an excellent manager, constantly helping people. He was very engaging and we had some interesting conversations to share. A special thanks for Gualberto in the world eatery for his very special hospitality and Naveen the bartender who made us some beautiful non alcoholic drink Mai Tia. One of the best Mia Tai I have had. In fact all the different restaurants we frequented, the quality of food was outstanding. We felt spoilt and credit to all the staff members who made us feel at home. Nilesh
