Once again we have been made welcome at this lovely hotel by the staff. A big thank you to Saber and Kamal - friendly smiles always happy to see us at the lovely pool bar. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained - all staff working hard to make our visit memorable. Can’t wait to see you all again soon. Thank you.

Prosper is the epitome of excellent service with a smile. He was very attentive , informative and pleasant from our first entrance to the resort and during our stay . The overall experience at Sofitel was excellent & would definitely be open to returning the next time I’m in Dubai

Great hotel, Rohit was very kind and attentive. The food was very nice and the pool was a perfect temperature. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are also very clean and spacious, The beach has very nice sand and calm water. Highly recommend

Best resort on the palm in Dubai! The front desk & staff here are so friendly. The resort is very clean and spacious. The food is great as well. Lots of amenities such as spa, pools, lounge, massage. It is a perfect getaway, it’s very quiet. Prosper was very welcoming and he is a great conversationalist! Rahul was also very nice. I will be back.
