What a Fabulous way to start 2026!

The Palm Dubai, the location is fabulous. Although traffic is tricky until past the Atlantas when driving out on the Palm, the position is well worth it. The view, beach side is so pretty and iconic. The Rooms are large, very comfortable and incredibly clean. Aminul our HouseKeeper went above and beyond during our stay. The room was presented and maintained beautifully. Well done Aminul, I am forever grateful. The Sofitel although on the higher end of our budget, was well worth every single cent. The staff across the entire resort were professional, polished, friendly and sensitive to guests needs. A wonderful holiday and an amazing New Year’s celebration into 2026! Well done ACCOR…. Happy to sing this hotel’s praises!

We had a faultless 10 night stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm over Christmas where we experienced first class customer service and outstanding hospitality. It really was a wonderful stay in a spacious 2 bed apartment room 7202 which overlooked the kids club & kids pool. We dined at ALL of the restaurants and were always greeted with a smile and sampled delicious food. Drinks were reasonably priced and the ice cream pop ups were a nice treat. Some staff that really stood out were Sejawit & Simran at buffet breakfast; Vijayan and his towel/canbana team; Ruffa at Hong Loong always went above and beyond; Navdeep’s suggestions at Zoya/Maui were good; Jaypee and Rizwan were always fun and had positive vibes as the doormen; Adel at concierge was very reliable; Elena managed the Premier Lounge with excellence and Sharon at guest relations was a superstar who helped us organise surprise celebrations for my twin daughters celebrating their 16th birthday! Lots of other workers too. Thank you all so much. The only minor issue was at Replay bar when Aushan covered his colleague’s break and offered me a free shot of vodka whilst I was watching football BUT when he left, his colleague charged me and suggested Aushan should not have said it was free. I paid but they need to communicate better in that sports bar! On the whole, 10/10 with great location, pools, restaurants and high quality levels of customer service. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying on The Palm.

We enjoyed our family stay with ur both sons 11mo and 4yrs. We had a seaview junior suit which fit best for our family size and needs. The team here did an extraordinary jop regarding hospitality and satisfy our needs. Especially we want to thank Elena, Rahul and the whole team from the premier lounge and Dennis for his help with the laguage. Always excellent! We will definitely come again (for our 7th time)))

A beautiful beachfront hotel with stunning interiors and immaculately maintained grounds. The food was verygood. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff in the Premier Lounge where we always received a very warm, personal, and professional welcome, truly made our holiday special. They remembered our favourite seat, chosen drinks, and every interaction was friendly, thoughtful, and personal. The manager and all staff are an absolute class act and deserve all the praise. Our junior suite was beautiful and kept spotlessly clean by Aminul, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable - remembering exactly how we liked things, including our favourite coffee, pillows, toiletries and so many other thoughtful personal touches. This was our first stay, but it certainly won’t be our last. Thank you, Sofitel. The Windsor Family
