My family book a room and at Sofitel by the Palm and had our dinner with birthday celebration at Zoya by Maui which was very accommodating. Friendly staff led by Mr. Mohit and very approachable and suggestive team Borra and Naveen! Our birthday boy is very surprise with their singing skills. LAMB CHOP is must have when having a meal.

A lovely winter getaway. Facilities, atmosphere and food were all amazing but the service really stood out. Especially Jaber in the Premier lounge, always so attentive and made sure we were looked after at all times. Would recommend upgrading to the executive club, free drinks and canapés were great and we really enjoyed the spa access. Would not hesitate to book again!

From check-in to check-out, my stay at Sofitel The Palm was excellent. The resort is stunning and well maintained. I would like to give special recognition to Bea, who went above and beyond with her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality. I will definitely return.

A truly wonderful stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. A stunning property in every respect: elegant, meticulously maintained, and impeccably clean. The beach is perfect, peaceful and relaxing—ideal for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility—with beautiful sea views and always well-kept surroundings. The entire hotel conveys a sense of quality, care, and true luxury, yet never feels cold or impersonal. A special thank you to Rahul from the Lounge Team for his kindness, professionalism, and constant attention—he truly made a difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. Heartfelt thanks also to Manjur (housekeeping), always impeccable, detail-oriented, and exceptionally kind—the room was perfect every single day. Highly recommended hotel. We will definitely return. A place where you truly feel pampered.

This was our second stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, and once again it exceeded our expectations. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a complete experience, made truly special by the incredible staff. From check-in to the porters, housekeeping, waiters, chefs, lifeguards, and kids club team, every single person was exceptional. The level of customer service throughout the resort is second to none and genuinely top tier. Our room was spotless and immaculately maintained, with housekeeping doing an outstanding job throughout our stay. The facilities are fantastic, from the large, well-equipped gym with the latest equipment to the beautiful pool areas. We also opted for the half board package and were thoroughly impressed. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and excellent quality at every meal—everything was delicious and beautifully presented, making dining a real highlight of our stay. Our children especially loved the kids club. They were initially nervous, as they don’t usually attend kids clubs, but after their first visit they couldn’t wait to go back. The staff made them feel so welcome and ensured they had an amazing time. As a family, Sofitel Dubai The Palm remains one of our favourite hotels, and we will definitely be booking another stay later this year. Keep up the fantastic work!
