Rixos the Palm - 4th Trip & Still Amazing!!!

Another amazing stay at Rixos the palm This was our 4th time staying at Rixos the palm and our 2nd stay in 2025 alone (15 nights then 8 nights) The hotel, food, staff, service have been amazing throughout each trip and we already can’t wait to return in 2026 Special mention to Anastasia & Gaurav who have always been amazing! Can’t wait to be back 🙌

Amazing Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai – Room & Suites and would happily return. From the start, the experience felt well organised. Mr Hamdy looked after all of our requests before we arrived and made sure everything was in place, which really helped us relax before the trip even began. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Walking into the room to find Christmas and birthday decorations already set up was such a lovely surprise. This was organised by Zaynah and decorated by Manoj, and it made my daughter’s Christmas Day birthday feel really special. Another thoughtful touch was the hand-crafted birthday cake, arranged by Purminder and delivered to our room. It was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. We spent a lot of time at The Breeze, where Wilson and his team were consistently friendly and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their service made our pool days even more enjoyable. At Bodrum, Ruzaik stood out for his excellent service. He took the time to ask what drinks we liked and made great recommendations, which added a nice personal touch. Overall, the resort is beautiful, the food and drinks were very good, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. This was a memorable family holiday, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rixos The Palm.

Superb luxurious hotel

We stayed as a family of 11 for our Dad's 70th Birthday. The hotel exceeded our expectations on all levels! Firstly the warm welcome from all members of staff was incredible! They really are there to make your holiday simply the best experience. The smell in the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. So much so, I contacted the provider and bought some home for my diffuser. We had a premium sea view room which was super spacious with a huge bed and sofa bed, both very comfy. The bathroom was huge and products selection fantastic. The balcony and view was breathtaking. The restaurants were gorgeous. Our favourite a la carte was the steak house and we absolutely loved La Tusca buffet restaurant. The patisserie in reception was gorgeous packed with fresh pastries, cakes and sandwiches 7am - 1.30am ish. The staff at the beach couldn't do enough for us and our cooler boxes were constantly topped up with our favourite drinks. The activities were so varied and frequent. We booked a private yacht at the office next to the outdoor gym, thoroughly recommend. All in all, we absolutely loved all aspects of this hotel and would not hesitate to return! Never experienced an all inclusive hotel so luxurious. Thank you all at Rixos!
