We stayed at the Rixos for 3 nights to break up our journey back to the UK from Bali, The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways, the staff are always there for you when you need them and cant do enough to help, a special mention to Kumaran for his cheery assistance. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean, the food in both buffet and restaurants is of a very high standard and the pools are lovely and warm. All in all a very nice hotel, we would highly recommend it.

Great Ressort with fantastic food and services!

We were here for 5 Nights! Great experience. We had a wonderful stay in a supreme room with direct access to the 50m long and also deep pool! But the most amazing is the food and Buffet restaurant! We have never seen such a spectacular display of food, fruits, dessert and BBQ! Fish, fish filets, seafood and steaks & Kebabs! All fresh. The food is tasty and well seasoned. All sorts for every palate! The service in the restaurant top notch! We thought the buffet restaurant was better than the à la carte Restaurants. The Bodrum is a nice fish restaurant on the beach and at lunchtime nice burgers , salads and pasta! The pool area is great with plenty of sunbeds. The same with the beach! High recommendation!

Excellent service from Mossas and waiters in the Italian restaurant. Smiley and happy staff. Lovely food, would highly recommend.

This is our 3rd time, the service is wonderful in almost all departments. We tried the Italian for the first time which was wonderful, service was fabulous, Rupa who now works in the Italian from the patisserie has an amazing set of customer service skills that she utilises well to create the perfect customer experience. She should be given the oppourtunity to train other staff to match her skills as they are impeccable. Some staff have customer service skills and some sadly don’t. There is still a problem with staff on phones, we waited on our final evening for service at the patisserie whilst 3 staff members stood on their phones. I even took a picture as they were oblivious. Two of the staff were in black suits so I guess in managerial positions. I must mention Wilson working the whole of the management side of the kids pool/bar, he is another absolute asset to the Rixos, his skill set is another perfect example of how a Rixos employee utilises an acquired skill set to give clients the best experience possible. The restaurant staff were extremely attentive with nothing too much trouble. Thank you Rixos for another wonderful stay, we will return.
