A great breakfast team and amazing hotel The Raffles PAL. We were hosted by Ahmed and Sougoto! They are highly attentive and a very pleasant stay at this great hotel!🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍 They were especially nice to my mother! She has a special needs and they understand.

Excellent buffet, prime service provided by Ahmed, very professional and polite. They offered a huge variety of dishes and the dessert selection is superb. It is one of the best buffets in Dubai, they are also very kind with small children.

Amazing hotel with beautiful territory and charming ambience My mom likes to use Raffle’s beach facilities and sometimes dines at Le Jardin restaurant. She is in love with the comfort and elegance of the hotel and appreciate high professionalism of the staff. Amazing service and facilities in a very nice part of town. I think it is also a good secluded area for business travelers and tourists in the area who want to be by the water and other notable hotels. Great balance and the staff is truly exceptional.

Last week, I had the pleasure of staying at Raffles The Palm once again, and as always, they demonstrated what true excellence in service looks like. Due to a miscommunication, I was initially placed in the wrong room. However, after sending just one message, Miss Anastasiia Sidorova immediately took charge of the situation and resolved it with impressive efficiency and a personal touch. Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference, turning a potential inconvenience into yet another example of Raffles' exceptional service.
