I had an amazing buffet experience! The food was delicious, the selections were great, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Special mention to Catherine, who made the experience even better with her warm service and genuine kindness. She was attentive throughout and made me feel truly welcomed. Coming from the service industry myself, I can confidently say she embodies excellent service. Highly recommended! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My wife and I had a great stay at Rixos for our honeymoon. The hotel itself was outstanding and all the staff couldn’t do enough for you, especially Ali raza from housekeeping. Every morning we were met with a smile and friendly conversation, and upon returning to our room there was always a kind message.

It was the 1st time for me that i couldn't find a mistake or a comment against the food or the service at a restaurant like Turquoise! High quality meats, a kind and professional staffs like Catherine who has hosted us perfectly with a pleasure I'd like to thank her and every member of this great restaurant who have contributed to make our experience remarkable.
