The house keeping was excellent zwe and all his co workers wer very humble kind smiling Everyday they kpt our rooms very clean and fresh they made our stay so pleasing we dont want to leave this Rixos Hotel I wil always recomend this Hotel to everyone 7star service the minit youbwalkin in the Best of the Best

The Hotel experience was excellent. Everything was clean and the food was always delicious. We tested the Hotel Restaurants also and it was also really delicious. You also have to try the SPA it was very good. A big thank you also to Mohammad nagis, fonyoy and Musa from houskeeping they were always friendly and helped by every question! Super experience we will come again.

Mohammed from housekeeping was very kind and helpful man . Thanks him a lot for greatness service and helping for everything. We were very happy to stayed in this hotel and we hope to visit again next time and seeing him again soon may be in February

We came in our Honeymoon to Dubai. Our experience in the Hotel was fantastic. We enjoyed the Training Sessions with our Trainer Bülent. Every Morning he prepared us for our Day. He Even gave us instructions what we can do when we are back. Everything was just perfect.
